I am extremely disappointed with the service at GM Parts Store. I needed headlights for my Opel Ampera with European certification (E1 marking). Despite my repeated requests to verify the marking with their supplier or warehouse, the staff refused to do so. In the end, I found another company in the US selling the exact same headlights at the same price. The headlights arrived with European standard markings and fit my car perfectly. This proves that GM Parts Store is simply incompetent, and their claims that the headlights are certified only for the US market are completely false. The staff showed no willingness to investigate the matter or assist the customer. If you need consultation rather than blindly ordering parts, this company will disappoint you. I strongly do not recommend them.

Ordered the passenger side turn signal assembly, this group sent the drivers side turn signal assembly. Informed them of their mistake. They tried to tell me I needed a fog light. Sent them photos of what I ordered they then asked me to return the wrong part they sent them sent me a link for the correct part and jacked up the price by $50.00 Then ended the email telling me there is now a core charge on the part I needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Too bad they can’t live up to the great reputation of GM Stephen Cannizzaro

I didn't check the reviews before...BIG MISTAKE It looks like I will have the same problem as all the complaints made here.....delay and no response. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today, 25MARC22. I already sent an email, audio message... and no response. I look forward to having my problem resolved soon. I report here the final result. Good luck to everyone and I DO NOT recommend buying from this store.... FINAL RESULT 30marc22, I received the parts, it was not on time. With feedback described with NEVER MIND by the owner...LOL!. My recommendation is that you improve the communication channel and provide quick responses so as not to create a misunderstanding during the after-sales process. My last comment of DO NOT BUY in this store....now I could say, If you want a low price, BUY...but buy in advance and just wait for delivery. The price is excellent but this lack of response was frustrating.

I ordered online. Every item on this website states the following: "We will ship what is ordered. We do not ship the wrong part ... The wrong part is ordered." Seems pretty snarky to me. I ordered a GM Torque Rod (part #22735276). I submitted my VIN number to assure compatibility. I paid for expedited shipping (which cost more than the actual part), as I needed the part by a certain date. Shipping was still quite slow. When it finally arrived, I discovered they literally shipped me the wrong part; according to the label on the box, it's part #22938326. 1. I emailed them and did not receive a response. 2. I called them. The first time I had to leave a message on their voicemail. 3. I called a 2nd time and received a message that their voicemail was full. I *NEVER* heard back from them. I opened a dispute with PayPal. The case was eventually settled in my favor, and I received a refund, but I needed the correct part 3 weeks ago and still don't have it. I've attached photos to corroborate all of this. Literally the worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time. Do not purchase items from this website.
