I need to start this off, Quentin is awesome, great customer service, quick with updates, guy deserves a raise. However, the work done here was horrendous. I dropped my dad's car off for some front end damage. We were billed out for new fenders, they were very obviously bashed back into a shape that very faintly resembled a straight panel. The fender liners were not installed right, over spray all over the windows, I'm pretty sure the only thing installed right was one of the fog light bezels, I'm pretty sure the paint code they used was "yeah that's close enough to grey." Overall I'm pretty disappointed with how this car came out, especially being my dad's car.

I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. Took my vehicle in for fender bender damage the second week of September. Was told they were waiting on a part with an estimated date of 9 October. Finally picked it up today (10/25) after calling dozens of times over a month and a half. As I got in my vehicle i noticed a good size chip in the paint, but since i was there right before they closed I was not able to go back and speak to someone. I left a voicemail and will be calling Monday. I should not have dropped my car off to be fixed and receive it almost two months later with more damage and writing still on other parts of the car after being “cleaned”.

I had work done at this shop for my vehicle. The service, quality and communication was amazing. Would highly recommend anyone if they are looking for a satisfying experience with a great shop. 5 stars!

You have to bug them to get your vehicle fixed and out soon cause if you don't, they probably make you wait longer. That's how they make their money by keeping your vehicle there rack up the price. Sure, they did a good job, but I give it a 3 star cause for the estimate I got on the vehicle wasn't the correct amount ended up having to pay out of pocket cause of how long they'll keep the vehicle there other then that my vehicle looks like nothing happen to it and I'm glad to say everything works and operates like normal other then that make sure to ask questions and the price and don't forget to call every other day about your vehicle soon you get it out the less you have to pay out of pocket

Do NOT Come here! I can write a huge horrible review but long story short is if you want your vehicle in a timely manner choose another collistion place. I repeat DO NOT CHOOSE LARRY H. MILLER COLLISTION EAST! * response to Aaron Bingham, General Manager I left you a message yesterday before this review. I got your number from previous reviews no responds as of now. I also left a message for Reve from another review I seen. As well as I have been waiting for a return call from a manager since last week after speaking the Michelle in parts.

I had a small piece of my new car break. I walked into this place and they had it fixed within 5 minutes. I was helped by Roy and he was so kind and professional. I will be using this place from now on.

They did a good job with repairs but it was taken there because it was broken into and then when I picked it up everything in my car was gone! The only thing they left were my carpets and steering wheel cover and they had no idea my car was broken into and nothing was done with the missing items.
