Terrible shop. They did a repair on my vehicle back in Jan of 2023, had the car for 3 months. Got the car back and they scratched the car up! Inside the gas tank was scratched, roof was scratched (which they were able to buff out) and trunk hinges were not fully painted. To their credit they at least touched this up. However, the Car does not drive right, (they say it drives fineh backup camera does not line up and the frame damage they “fixed” is not up to OEM specs (per Honda!). Furthermore, the trunk they repaired now leaks and the spare wheel compartment has nasty and unclean weld marks inside. I have been complaining but they never seem to find the issues (despite me having video of the trunk leaking, they were not interested in video) they claim Honda has sent them defective backup camera THREE times. Obviously that’s just not very plausible. Car will not hold alignment and they say that’s not their problem. Angie the front end lady was rude, they also lied to me and INSURANCE on a recorded line saying my car was at Tuffy’s… it was not! Tuffy never has even touched the car. The shop they sent the car to even said the frame was never fixed right by bodyshop. The attached photos show the scratches inside the gas tank and the camera being OBVIOUSLY misaligned. Furthermore this shop charged $500 for some simple body clips, really? Unacceptable

Allstate employee here- I have to say that I've never received so many compliments and praise from my customers about the work and serve they have gotten from this place! I have customers calling me with happy tears. The entire staff, but Cory especially takes great care of everyone. One of the best shops we've worked with!

I had a pretty good experience they kept me pretty much updated about 98% of the time of what was going on and how long my car would be there I did go through three different time frames in which the car would be done I was trying to be done in December 5th and then on the 5th it was moved to December 10th and then on the 10th it was moved to the 16th and I got my car back on the 14th and whoever buff the vehicle after it was completed did not get the wax buffed off completely other than that whoever did the body work it was absolutely amazing you ever did the paint was absolutely amazing doesn't look like it was ever hit there's some people that should be chastised that helped with that vehicle and whoever else did work with the body and it being hit in the dense and painting should be promoted

Just picked up my car this evening, and I am SO impressed. Rutherford always provides excellent care for my vehicles, but this time was exceptional. My car was involved in a 4 car pile up and sustained minor damage to the trunk. Now you can’t tell anything ever happened - it’s seamless! Also, I want to personally thank whoever detailed and organized the interior of my car. I work on a horse farm, so the collection of dust, dirt, hair, etc. was out of control. IT’S SO CLEAN NOW. I was not expecting that level of detail, and it confirmed that I made the right decision to come here. Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

I had a couple of simple interior repairs...fast forward 3 weeks my Jeep is finally finished. It took FOREVER to get the parts, no fault of the shop. Rutherford kept in touch with me, even to tell me there was no update. I appreciated the information. Plus, my repairs look great!

Have spent the last three days waiting for my vehicle with absolutely terrible customer service. Part of their business structure appears to be based around being rednecks that do not know how a telephone works. Allstate insurance is part of their scam. The rest of us who are not pretending like this is our first time managing a business as rednecks, including Enterprise car rental, has to work around their charade. It’s embarrassing for everyone and for some reason this business profits and nobody will do anything. Another reverse insurance scam.
