The people who work here are honest, reasonable, down to earth Americans, experts of their trade, they do not overcharge like other reviews I read prior to visiting also say, and they practice true customer service better than most cashiers in your grocery store. We all want the best for our auto babies for helping us safely get from one place to another with ease. Why wouldn’t you take her here to get great care for a better price?

Had a great experience working with Brake Discount Centers. Had my own rotors and pads I bought myself and needed Brake Discount Centers to install for me. No other car repair service center would allow me to bring my own parts and have installed. Cost to install was fair. Customer was great Highly recommended Brake Discount Centers for all automotive repairs!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Got me in same day! Im not a car person at all, I had a bad rear wheel bearing and they explained everything to me and were extremely polite. You can tell these guys actually care about their work they are kind, treat you with the upmost respect. Prices are fair. Will definitely be coming back for my next service ! 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly and fair prices. However, could be more proactive about things. Went in for a leaking brake line repair. Paid around $500, and the brake lines were leaking again about 1 month later.. Later, I bought a used car here. Within one month, it needed: - Transmission range switch (gave me blinking D light and check engine light about 2 weeks after purchase) - Tie rod (wobbly front tires.. very unsafe) - Timing belt tensioner & water pump repair (this is ≈ $1,000 parts & labor) - 4 new tires. This one is kind of understandable. I got the tires myself. However, the previous owner of the vehicle left locks on the rims without the key. This meant I couldn't simply change the tires. Let the business know, followed up about it, and I never heard back. I eventually just had a local mechanic remove the locks. - Rear brakes (considering this is a brake shop, I'm surprised they didn't at least do this...) - Purge solenoid valve (The car has a persistent and annoying popup alert when the part needs to be replaced. It's an emissions thing, so not a "huge" problem. Though, you apparently also get worse fuel efficiency when this is bad. ) Now, I wouldn't be upset if it were made clear that the car needed this much work (I did ask for the Carfax report, though, and never received it). However, no such declarations regarding the vehicle were made. I know used cars need work, but I was under the impression that this car wouldn't need this much work within less than ONE month of purchasing it. I am not a "car person". I only found out about many of the issues because I have a neighbor who knows cars. If I did not have that neighbor, this car might have left me stranded, in danger, injured, or worse. When I made contact about issues on the car, I felt little proactivity from the business regarding my concerns.

Best place in town to go to everyone was super friendly and the guy who helped me out with my brakes on my sonata was very kind and gave me a very good price i appreciate you a lot I recommend everyone to come here and get your service done you won’t regret it
