I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to Brenda! I came in with a check engine light and no knowledge of how to assess the problem. Not only did she get me an answer, she explained the part, what it did, how much it cost, and a general rundown of other factors. I purchased the part, she then told me, after installation to come back so she could clear the code and check to see if the problem was resolved. This is now my favorite and first stop for anything auto related!

Recently began having some evap problems. Visited the Pickerington AutoZone for assistance. I was quickly sloughed off by a balding guy who was too busy with commercial sales to help me. I was about to leave and take my business elsewhere, when I was scooped up by Joe Lepley. Joe went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to fix my car.
