Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Paid $245 for an oil change and some transmission fluid and I go to work the next day and find that valvoline Pickerington didn’t put my car back correctly. Now I’m missing out on work to get this fixed. Very disappointed. Also I had to ask them to check my lights before I left and didnt even receive a receipt before being ask to leave.

I came in for an oil change while traveling out of town. I got back to where I was staying and found oil had dripped all over the driveway. Took the car back to the store had to wait in a very long line for them to tell me they didn't clean up well and there was oil that had dripped from the frame of the car. They sprayed it down and said it was better. I took it back and still dripping. Then I took it to a car wash... still leaking. I ended up having to take it to another shop to tell me the oil plug was cross threaded and had to pay for the repair. I will never visit this store again.

I went to get oil change this morning after working my 3rd shift job. Soon as I left the parking lot and got ready to turn onto Hill Rd from Refugee my car started stuttering and smoking real bad. I immediately turned around and went right back so they could see what they did. I pulled around to the front and 2 workers came out to look at it. I asked what was going on and they said “they didn’t know” I told them my car was perfectly fine when I got there. At that point they told me to pull up so they could drain the oil out of my car to redo it. They drained the oil out and put more oil in. The guy had me press on the gas until the smoking stopped. He said they probably put too much oil in my car. WTH, these guys need trained again. I been going to Valvoline for years and never had a bad experience. I live 7 minutes away. So I went straight home and went to bed since I worked 3rd shift last night. I just attempted to drive to Dayton and my car started smoking again on 70 west freeway. I got my car towed home because I was afraid to drive it further. I’m taking it to the dealership tomorrow morning to see what those guys at Valvoline did to my car. I will definitely be suing this company.

Had my oil changed couple weeks ago at Valvoline. The next day on my way to work, I heard something dragging they didn't reattach the plate that covers the bottom of the engine had to go back. Reattach the plate, then I realize they didn't even fill up the wind show washer fluid. I would really like to see them do something. About this or I won't be going back.

They are always kind and very professional. As a woman I like the fact they explain everything they are doing and when offering another service they explain that as well without any pressure. They are fast and efficient

I’m so disgusted with location witch my family took their vehicle to get oil service. Well guess what you think they added the oil NO must I remind you we drove 2 hours away to visit family with kids. He was looking over my family this day that the engine did not blow. I REPEATED STAY AWAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
