Was there at 2:00pm for brakes. Was told 2 1/2 hrs max I would need to wait. At 4 pm rep brings out an estimate for brakes/pads & rotors for $456 MORE THAN THE ORG.quoted est. incl $95 charge for rags‼️Bait n Switch NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS COMPANY. I SAID “NO” & Left

I dropped off my spare tire to be remounted, I had a flat tire and when it was being changed found out the center hub had ovaled out over the yrs and was unmountable. We purchased a new rim and dropped off tire and rim to be remounted only to receive a call that they needed to talk to me. Evidently when my husband ordered the new rim he ordered an 18” does not fit my spare tire! I’m reordering new rim the correct size.

Showed up today without an appointment and the guys at Boyds came through for me. They changed and mounted tires for me in a timely manner and fair cost.

Got me right in for an emergency tire change, 1 hour before they closed, and the day before Christmas eve! Extremely reasonable price, very happy with the service, extremely friendly guys! Will be going back after Christmas for the other 3 tires!!
