I have worked with Rickman’s now on bodywork for 3 vehicles, and the experience has always been great! Most recently, my son’s 4 runner was damaged from a tree during Helene, and they did a great job with it!

Very professional and extremely skilled. We are very happy with the result. Pricing is very reasonable and they get the job done as quickly as possible. 5 Stars and Highly recommended! They also have a very friendly dog. He is a golden retriever named charlie who loves being around with the customers. We love the service and people are super nice.

I have been a faithful customer since 2019. I had right mirror broke and left mirror broken by a big dulee truck . The paint body work even on tailgate was exceptionally reasonable in amount of time and hard work. Everyone is exceptionally nice and treat you with respect. I will never go anywhere else. I will HIGHLY recommend to anyone in WNC!

So refreshing to deal with people who care about their customers in addition to providing excellent workmanship. They went out of their way to help us in ways that went way beyond providing paint and body service. Jessica and Danny took time to discuss options and provide recommendations. Throughout the insurance process and the actual repair we were kept informed of status and repair time was reasonable. Good old fashioned customer service and quality workmanship that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend them and will try to send business their way… because they EARNED my respect in every dealing we had with them. Great people! I’ll go back there just to visit with them.

I cannot recommend Rickman’s Paint and Body enough. Ms. Jessica and Mr. Daniel are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. After my car was totaled and the other driver’s insurance did the bare minimum, I was stuck. AAA Asheville recommended Rickman’s, and I’m so thankful they did. The damage to my car was almost as much as I paid for it, and insurance barely lifted a finger. But Jessica and Daniel worked incredibly hard to get the cost way down—at their own expense and time spent—just to help me get back on the road. When I couldn’t pay right away, they didn’t pressure me. In fact, they offered to cover a large part of the cost themselves! I did pay them, but that offer alone showed me the kind of people they are. This is the most generous, honest, and compassionate business I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re in a tough spot, or just want to be treated like a human being, go to Rickman’s. They truly care.

I had a wonderful and swift experience getting my car fixed at Rickman's Paint and Body Shop. I had to fix my side mirror on my car, I was able to get an estimate done at Rickman's the next day after calling and speaking with Jessica, we ordered the parts then and there at the shop, and they were able to get my mirror fixed in less than 10 minutes a week after the first reach out. They were flexible to work with and easy to communicate with. Jessica was so kind, personable and helpful in getting me in and out. I will use them in the future if ever needed!

I’m so glad that I brought my car to Rickman’s paint and body shop. The service they provided was amazing. They replaced the Front inner liner on the left side of my BMW. The job was done fast and was very affordable. I’m looking forward to returning to their shop when I need repairs in the future.🚙🩵
