Valvoline Instant Oil Change

LADIES AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I recently had a frustrating experience at this location while trying to get my car inspected. The manager approached me and immediately stated he would fail my car due to the windshield wipers, claiming they were streaking and potentially dangerous. He laid out 3 options: 1. "Since we already started your inspection, we will have to fail you. You can leave and get new wipers somewhere else but we will have to redo the whole inspection again." 2. "We have wipers for about $27 a piece, they have a warranty, and should last you a couple years." 3. "We have a cheaper option for about $15 a piece, they do not have a warranty, but should last you at least a year." As he waited for me to decide from those options he continued to say how "my wipers were not wiping well and leaving little scratches" and that this "is probably because of all the dust we have had lately" (due to the hurricane) and that even "he has had to change the windshield wipers on his truck 3 times in the past month because of it". As you can guess, I am a female. Imagine him telling a man that he has changed his windshield wipers 3 times in the past month LOLOL. I guess he should have bought the windshield wipers he is selling that last for years... I also do not live in an area affected by the hurricane, therefore no "dust" (which he should have seen when looking at my registration/doing the inspection). I chose the least expensive option just to get through the inspection. However, I took my original wipers home, and I have photos and a video showing they were in perfectly good condition—there was absolutely no reason for them to fail inspection. This felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine safety concern. I’m requesting a refund for the unnecessary wipers I had to buy. This experience has left me feeling deceived and undervalued as a customer. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Very professional and well run. Manager in charge made sure all workers were on task. Workers had a routine that was well practiced. Manager told me everyone's name. They went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience.

Was in a pinch with very low tire pressures due to the recent cold weather, and stumbled upon this location. The workers were very attentive, friendly, and timely filling up my tired with air! I have not gotten other services done here but will come here in the future.

This is a great shop location. Everyone who works there have always been great people and excellent professionals. Service is done very fast (which is very convenience for people who have busy schedules). I really appreciate going to a car shop and be given suggestions of things that my car might need, ask if everything is working well, but not getting pressured to purchase additional services. Highly recommended!

I have received quality care and service at this location since they opened several years ago, and recommend them to everyone! They offer quality products, an incredible staff, and checkups for oil and tire pressure between services, and fast and reasonably priced inspections. Several of my vehicles have run over 200,000 miles...I attribute that to this incredible company,and their awesome well trained staff. Thank you,!!

The staff here are always so helpful. Jay listened to me when I made requests. I felt seen and understood. Someone else pulled the plug for the rear differential and showed me so that we could see together that it isn't time to worry about that yet, and they just did the front differential this time. I will be back to have them drain and fill the radiator and the transmission.

Jay has consistently been helpful and friendly when I have used this particular Valvoline for my vehicle’s needs. He has been honest with me about what really needs to be done, or could wait, and he has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is serviced to my satisfaction.
