10/10 recommend, they worked me into their schedule and got my FJ back to me in perfect condition within a week despite shipping delays. Very transparent pricing and estimates and lay out what should be done now vs. what can wait a little bit which I really appreciated. Tyler was great and kept me up to date on all the work being done and explained everything I had questions about and honestly anytime I called and spoke with anyone they were super nice. And really appreciate any and all who worked on my car as I had quite a list of things that needed to be done and its never driven better tbh. Will only be going here from now on!

Started bringing our two cars here in the last year and have had a great experience. They are friendly, organized and have fixed many issues for us. They are great to communicate with and also use an online platform that lets you see a lot of detail about your vehicle before they even call you. A great team of folks doing awesome work, highly recommend

I would give this shop six stars if I could. They are one of best automotive repair shops I have ever been to. They are honest, trustworthy (rare in this business) and they do really great work. I highly recommend them. I would like to give a few extra stars to Andy, he has been a joy to deal with.

I am very glad that I found Precision International, for so many reasons. Their inspection service identifies potential problems. The techs seem highly trained in diagnostic work. The phone guys are very friendly, listen well, keep me informed on findings and repair progress. They order the (high) quality of replacement parts I request. In short, I have a very high level of trust in what I am being told and also that the work will be well performed. In addition, in an apples to apples comparison their repair cost was very competitive with what my car dealership had quoted. Lastly, if there is a problem with a part they installed, within the stated time period, they can be trusted to honor their warranty because, as they told me, "it is the right thing to do."

I love writing good reviews !! I have an ASE certification in my past so i know how to fix cars…..and don't want to. Having said that im picky about who works on my car and especially my Jaguar. I also run a service business as a chimney and stove guy. Rarely do i receive the sort of service my company gives but i sure did with Precision. I got a quote for repairs that was 7 months old by the time i got the car into their shop. They were communicative, timely and the dollar amount didn't change. They went out of their way to inspect the entire vehicle and gave me a “hit list” of things the car will need over time. Hopefully i dont need to have my car worked on often but they will be my first call anytime i need anything……..highly happy!!

I came to Precision International as a new resident in Asheville in 2023. I have no need for another provider - Andy and the team of professionals at Precision take excellent care of our vehicles and communicate clearly every step of the way. The service they provide is executed with care, honesty, and fair pricing. I recommend them to everyone I know, and you will not be disappointed for trusting them with your vehicles, too.

I greatly appreciate their modern day use of technology combined with a phone call to keep me informed of the status of their findings and progress of the repair. There was no hard sale or pressure to do more than i wanted done. They got my vehicle back on the road quickly. Check them out if you need your vehicle repaired. You won't be disappointed.

The gentleman who waited on me was very nice and very informative. He took the time to explain the by mechanical issues that needed taking care of. I would have had your company fine tune it but I had to leave town the next day.

Disappointed that despite asking them to do an inspection before purchasing a used vehicle, they couldn't find what was an obvious coolant leak. They even went as far as noting low coolant but didn't follow up as to why which would have identified the leak. So much for what they called a thorough inspection. Worse of all they tried to wash their hands of their lack of the attention detail when I called to inquire about the situation.
