Horrible experience! Unreliable and unprofessional. Repair took 5 times as long as they said it would and every time we tried to reach out to check on the next estimated due date, we were treated like an annoyance. Additionally they tried to say part of a delay came from needing to replace our brand new battery, which they had no right to remove without owner's permission. Thankfully our insurance has stepped in and is no longer recommending their services as this isn't their first negative experience.

Professional, prompt and kind! From the moment I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by Donna, at the front desk, and then by Wayne, the General Manager. Although I didn’t have an appointment, just a walk-in seeking advice, they didn’t turn me away, but took time to give professional guidance, plus a written estimate to help me move forward with the needed repair. When we were rear-ended, my wife was horrified. Her car was her baby. The insurance company gave us a list of suggestions, but allowed us to pick where we wanted to take the car. We talked to several. We chose Collision Veterans Accident Repair. Because of the shortage of good help, supply chain issues and work backlog, we had to wait several weeks to drop off the car. The staff was friendly and efficient, advising us that it would probably take a week or two for parts to be ordered and delivered and for the work to be completed. After taking the car apart they worked with the insurance company to get approval for additional unseen damage and repairs. We got the call that the car was finished but that they had to order a couple of stick on parts that were back ordered. We picked up the car and my wife was relieved that it looked like brand new! We spoke to them about a week later and stopped by for them to add the last two items. We are very pleased with the results of their work, and highly recommend them if you need body work.

Outstanding, professional, and prompt customer service! I walked in to get an estimate to repair some minor front bumper problems after a bear ran out of the woods on Sweeten Creek and was hit by daughter's RAV-4 in the right front of the car (fortunately her panic braking slowed the car down enough that the bear was able to immediately ran back into the woods). Wayne took a look at the sagging part of the bumper and in less than 5 minutes (and at no cost), he was able to manually realign the passenger side section of the bumper and with some pressure reattach the clips to the frame. Collision Veterans Accident Repair is now at the top of my list for collision repair services.

Veterans Collision Accident Repair worked magic to repair the damage to the rear end of my 2019 Toyota Prius! Wayne and his staff are super friendly. They carefully explained the repair procedures and sent text messages throughout the process. And wait for it; they completed the work ahead of their estimated timeframe! I am selling this sweet hybrid, and it is beautiful! The back end blends in well and looks brand new. They even touched up a scratch on the front end without charging me! I highly recommend Collision Veterans 100% to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service. The new owner is going to look fabulous in this beauty! 5-Stars across the board!

Collision Veterans Accident Repair is the best body shop I have ever used. I will definitely take my vehicles back to them should I ever need this type of service again. I will recommend them to anyone. They are a very friendly group of people who go the extra mile to help to get your vehicle repaired. I was kept up to date via email about how the repair was going, and I even got my car back two days before the estimated time. Finally, they stand by their work. I was assured several times that if anything was not right with the repair, they would make it right. However, I did not have to utilize this as my vehicle was perfect. My daughter commented that the car looked brand new.

My car was backed into in a parking lot causing damage to passenger side door. Collision Veterans were able to get me in for an estimate within days and Seth was very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and how they would handle the insurance of the at fault driver. I had my car back in 10 business days and they were very understanding of me checking everything out both inside and outside the vehicle. Had an issue with the driver side door not aligning. Another shop would not work on it because the age of the car and referred me to Collision Veterans. Worked with Seth, who was very professional. It was a quick repair and i am happy my door is now closing. Highly recommend Collision Veterans.

We brought our car in for repair after an accident (front end and driver side quarter panel). Donna was very nice and very clear about their process. Wayne was very helpful about providing the status updates of the car when we called and asked. We did have to bring our car back to fix a couple issues - but they did fix it right away, which is why I am giving a 5. A few things I kept in mind in general about auto body shops - they have to coordinate with insurance to get authorizations for repairs, your car could be confused for another car of like make and model (chances are there are at least two of your car at the same time), technicians have to sort through the damage and get parts (ideally the correct parts) from various suppliers. If something doesn't look right, say something and ask/get an understanding of what went on, they will tell you.
