Excellent customer service and technicians make this the best place to take your car for collision repair. I highly recommend Caliber. There may be some wait time to get your car into their shop due to their business volume, but it is totally worth it. They are the best!

Incredible repair, looks like new, very thorough. Great communication and customer service. A tad longer than would have liked, but understand that was due to their other shop being damaged in the hurricane. Plus, they were clear about the longer timing upfront, which I really appreciated. Recommend without hesitation!

I was assigned to Caliber Collision b my insurance company, USAA. Caliber made an appointment quickly to estimate the damage and the costs. They kept my vehicle to complete the repairs at that time. I received daily texts on the status of the work as it progressed. My assigned representative called me a few times to talk about the ongoing work. The work was completed much quicker than was projected. After reviewing the repairs, I was delighted at the quality of the finished product. I could not me happier with my experience at Caliber Collision.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The receptionist, John and mechanics were outstanding. I was updated often from the beginning until the end. My front bumper needed to be replaced, it was painted, replaced and my vehicle was washed and very clean. I was very pleased with the service rendered.

I was devastated when I had a small accident with my new Audi. In searching for a company to do the repairs, my husband and I contacted several shops. Not only was Caliber Collision the repair shop that dealt with our insurer, State Farm, but they were responsive and close by. They were professional in every way. Please, America, give us more small businesses as well run as this one! My car is again perfect. The work was done in a timely manner, too.
