This team was AMAZING and super helpful. We had urgent car troubles while in Asheville on vacation and they helped us late in the day on a Friday. Their prices were very fair, especially for the urgency of our issues.

Smokey Mtn. auto gave me a great deal to help me get on my feet after the hurricane and then a fire. Roland in particular look out for me when everywhere else tried to take advantage, he really did right by me. So glad I found them, at a time when things were real bad, they came through, just like how it should be. I'll forever be grateful to Roland and Smokey Mtn. Auto.

You won’t find a more honest auto repair shop. Roland is a great person that would give anyone the shirt off his back. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work.

I was traveling and 5 hours away from home, on a Friday, with a check engine light. Yikes! I’m sure they already had a full schedule, but these folks squeezed me in and treated me like family. Like they would hope to be treated if they had car trouble away from home. Roland and the rest of the team were great, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts and fixed it. I was in and out and on my way in short order. I highly recommend them.
