Amazing staff !!! Literally the kindest people I have done business with, down to the men who drove me to my appointment while the vehicle was being serviced. Highly recommend.

Service at Preston BMW is efficient and thorough. They are not only knowledgeable, but treat customers with care and consideration. I wait while they work on my BMW. The sitting area is quiet and comfortable and the staff look for ways to make my time with them pleasant. They made a mundane visit lovely. And of course, the technicians go above and beyond so my car was well-cared for, too.

I gave the service department a coupon and my bill for a oil change and 2 wiper blades was 270.00...I was shocked that it cost that much with a coupon .I have a 4 cylinder car. I don't understand, service guy was polite no problems but it seemed like I didn't get any discount...I've been bring my bmws there for years.

This time I was not very happy, lady called me from BMW to schedule appointment for recall and she said others parts are in , when I went there they said do you want us to order the parts? That was crazy they need good communication with other depts During that time I had break light popped up on my dash board. That was fixed but they my car for 6 days and sun visor still not installed And feel I was over charged Only 2 things done oil change and break light problem cost me $3400 I was told the my break light not working but it was working before I took my car there. Thanks
