Preston Hyundai Service Center

This shop is the 1 shop I've been in. I stop by Heather & Christian for service the both are great to deal with. Preston Hyundai is so very lucky to have them. I feel very comfortable speaking with them, and they get things done. I won't take my Santa Cruz to any other dealer. I love my Santa Cruz and my dealer too. D Lego

Excellent service, informative and helpful. Love that they have a really nice sitting area w/hot drinks & water for customers to sit while waiting on vehicles. Love it even more that they clean the truck if you want it done.

Christian was beyond helpful, professional, and efficient. He is quite possibly the most professional service technician I have ever dealt with, actually——the only complaint I have is that the people who actually WORKED on my vehicle seemed to smoke in it, I smelled cigarette smoke in my car as soon as it was given back to me and I have an actual allergy to that so I did not appreciate that whatsoever…….

Always have Great service. I took my Sonota in for routine service, and to have my back up camera replaced. They advised that the problem with the camera was a possible loose connection. The camera was working when I brought it in for repair. The next day the camera was out again. Came back to re- schedule.

I had car issues and needed to have my car towed to the dealership. They informed me quickly on what was wrong with my car, open about the price, and the recommended/required services. Even though the service team was extremely busy, they serviced my car much quicker than expected and I had my car again. Great service and the employees are always extremely helpful and easy to work with

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and my charging dock to be checked. Overall the experienced was good, but the time I spent there was entirely too long. For three things to be done, and not a lot of other cars there getting worked on, I waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes. After all that time, the charging dock they said was fixed is still not working, requiring me to go back again next week. However I will just be dropping off the car this time.
