Firestone Complete Auto Care

Got a new tire put on, old one was flat. Had a donut on and asked for them to put it back in placed and the response was yes...but got to the store and the donut, in a bag at least, laying in the back. Need to get proper procedure

I specifically asked (Andy) to NOT move my seat & mirrors! Unfortunately I have to travel all the way to Boardman due to them (Firestone) shuttin down the 1 in Hermitage! It could be a LOT warmer in the place & have a regular TV! Only 1 old video to watch. However.. Andy was a decently nice guy! Fist time at this location so, we will see...

Liars..... Stopped in to get a tire repair. On the wall was a QR code that said leave us a review and get $10 off your bill. So I left a nice review and when it was time to pay I showed the clerk the review. He thanked and said the bill was $27 plus. I said did you take the $10 off and he replied yes. He then said he was going to email me my receipt. So I get home and look at the receipt and he DID NOT give me the $10 off. He was a little short guy with a beard. I will be calling corporate in the morning. I will never go to Firestone again... They are a bunch of thieves.

This shop is incredibly honest. I came in for front brakes due to a noise in my front end and it wasn't the brakes. I just needed a tire rotation. Alot of other shops would have just did the brakes anyway. It saved me money and I'm grateful.

If there's one thing consistently great about this location, its Mike G. in service, although I have heard phenomenal things about Mike G. The mechanic too!! Service Mike is kind, patient, and professional, hes truly a gem at this location and not only is Firestone lucky to have him, the public is too.

Quick and efficient! Damien, Mark, and Edwin were super friendly and fast. This is the second oil change I have gotten here. Will keep coming back 💯 HIGHLY RECOMMEND COSTA OIL.

I came in for a last minute tire change while visiting town. They fit me in first thing the next morning, were timely, polite, and professional. Definitely recommend them for local car repairs and maintanence.

Firestone at southern park mall, has been taking care of my car tires for a long time, and i've always been pleased with their work. the staff is friendly, kind and always gets me an appt. when i need due to my schedule availablity.
