Refreshing to have a dealer service center go above and beyond! We worked with Tiffany primarily, but the whole team and the whole experience could not have been better. Honestly I was hesitant to use the service center for an air conditioning repair but we couldn't be more satisfied by the whole experience. The video review, The Prompt attention to detail, the fair pricing and what I would call Gold Glove treatment was an amazing and pleasant surprise. Tiffany was great on the phone and really went above and beyond when dealing with Mazda on our issue. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you All.

Was greeted promptly and service was less than one hour. When the tech suggested I replace the battery connections I was a bit put off. Why would a new car need connectors replaced 5,000 miles? Is your product that limited in life expectancy?

Professional, courteous and top notch customer service. Nice area to wait while car was getting oil change/tire rotation. They also provided a free wash and vacuumed the inside.
