I couldn’t believe it, though I wish they could’ve fixed it, but they could have if I would’ve ordered the other part but Pep Boys is the place to be when you wanna get down to business about your traveling companion, which is your vehicle God bless y’all to keep rising to the top thank you

Walked in without an appointment after trying 2 other well-known and respected places for an oil change and tire-rotation. The kind man (sorry, didn’t get his name) told me they could get me in but it would be about 30 minutes before the Techs could pull my car in the bay which we were absolutely fine with. We appreciated the honesty about the wait time. They sent me a link to keep track of my service as it was happening. Car was done and they honored the coupon for $20 off even though I couldn’t print it off my phone or get the website to text it to me. Will definitely be back.

Best service at this Pep Boys in Boardman.. I am so thankful to have great service this close to home. I needed new tires on my SUV. I called for a price for 4 new tires. Best price around! I was scheduled within 24 hours of the call for the following week- super convenient and timely to accommodate my schedule. I dropped my car off the night before, my car was pulled into a bay so it was not out in the parking lot over night. The manager Ryan called me first thing in the morning that my car was ready for pick-up. QUICK and great service.. Thank you Ryan and your pep boys service center for all of your hard work.

My tire went flat out of no where on a Saturday @5pm and I was calling everywhere to find somewhere to fix it. Pep boys answered on the second ring, his name was Joseph and he made sure he took care of me. Got me in within 20 minutes, had the tire ordered and came in the next day with them replacing the tire within 30 minutes to get me on my way. 100% would come back and recommend them to everyone, great customer service

I bought 4 new tires from Adam in Boardman, OH. Adam was the nicest most honest guy. He was just a lovely person who clearly was more concerned with my safety and getting me the best price than ripping me off. Just the consulate professional all while making sure he saved me ll the money he could.

Thank you to Adam at the boardman ohio location and the technician there. My daughter was in from school for a family function. When she was headed back to school her tire pressure was really low. They were amazing got her in and super fast and it was a Sunday evening. Highly recommended!!!!

Adam was able to listen to what I understood of my car's repair history to figure out what exactly was going on, before running diagnostics. The Pep repair ended up being less expensive and quicker than imagined. I will go back there in the future when needed, and will recommend to others ☺️

Pep boys, was very consistent about seeing about the needs of its customers. They explained everything they did via text as I waited. There was never a time where I was confused about what the process was with my vehicle. World class customer service!
