Expensive, but OEM. If you want the best service and quantity, you gotta go Porsche. Porsche Carlsbad is a high end, the Nordstrom of service. Braie was great, knowledgeable, tip top. I had a PADM ERROR issue and they handled it. Other shops are not able to code out after replacing the mounts. Go Porsche Carlsbad.

Service Representatives Dave and Jeff provided amazing service. They saw the problem and immediately had it taken care of in the least amount of time. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Hoehn Porsche when you are ready to buy a Porsche and utilize their service.

Another poor service experience with Porsche Carlsbad and Jeff Coral. It started better with a different service advisor, which I requested, however when I picked up my car it was only Jeff C at the service department. If I did not have checked the numbers I would have been overcharged $700+ for a set of tires that did not go on the car (replaced 2 tires, charged for 4). There was no copy of the alignment worksheet (before & after). After I requested one Jeff C ripped a black and white copy from his stapled stack of papers and threw it on the desk. I asked for a color copy to see what was/is green/red, like I have received before in other dealerships, and he said that (after $500+) there are no color copies. I had requested to keep one of the tires that was replaced however it was not there and had to wait until they go to a different location and get it. My car arrived half wet/half dirty with the windows down. When I raised the windows they were wet and smeared with water. It had to be washed again and it was delivered smeared with water streaks... I despise going to this dealership for service however there is not much better choice. As a result, from my repeated poor service experience with Porsche Carlsbad, next car I get will not be from this dealership and perhaps a different brand altogether.

Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is there to help with anything involving your car. Customer service IS their top priority! Dealership maintains a great inventory of both new & used cars. David is incredible and is the best service writer! The techs are so knowledgeable and provide the best expertise. This dealership sets the bar high for their clients and I can’t see myself working with anyone else for car buying and maintenance.

The client team at Hoehn is consistently, and to a person uniformly excellent. This is directly related to management leadership. It begins with the GM, Glenn Anderson and cascades from there. The ‘esprit de corps’ is a reminder not to settle for mediocrity anywhere else. In particular, I am calling out two gents for the way they anticipated my needs and independently acted. David Sheeran my service representative and Ahmad Assi, forman of the service technicians. There can be no higher praise than I aspire to model their best practices in my business.
