Toyota Carlsbad Parts & Service Department

Service is timely and friendly, however, I’ve had issues the last two times I’ve brought my 2023 Tacoma TRD in for service. Back in November for my 25k service, the techs forgot to close my windshield fluid cap and just this weekend they didn’t close the engines air filter compartment. If I hadn’t decided to change it myself, it’s likely it would have been open for weeks, which is TERRIBLE for the truck. Overall, just generally not happy with the quality of work here…

I recently took my car in for its first maintenance service and oil change. The staffs were friendly and Dave was very knowledgeable, explaining everything they would do during the service. The oil change was quick, and they also checked other vital components like the brakes and tires. I appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and the tips they provided for future maintenance. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait much more pleasant. Overall, I feel confident in the care my car received.

First Toyota vehicle and second service at Toyota Carlsbad and I am pretty stoke with their facilities, customer service and overal experience. Alexis was awesome during my first appointment and now with 10.000 miles the second service service advisor was Ian and he was pretty great too! I’ve purchased my car from another dealer and I did no liked them so decided to look from another one and I believe I’ve made the right choice.

Although I did not have an appointment, they got me in right away. I am from out of town here on a family medical issue, and my battery died. In order for me to be able to go take care of my sister in the hospital, they gave me a car to use. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and wonderful! I will recommend this facility to anyone

Anita helped us yesterday with our semi-annual service and we are very grateful to Anita for her help! This is our second time with the service people at Carlsbad Toyota. And we would like to thank all the people who work at Carlsbad Toyota. Everyone we met has treated us with professionalism and kindness. Anita greeted us and helped with the service. She also researched the question we had. The lady at the kiosk in the waiting room helped with coffee machine and offered freshly baked cookies. The car after the service looked great! Everyone has always been very kind and professional at Carlsbad Toyota service! Thank you!

After getting a flat tire leaving work at 4pm and barely getting to them at 5pm and they close at 6pm they were nice enough to help me patch and fix my tire. I can’t thank them enough. I just had my car serviced there a few days before and even then they did everything and got me my car back before the end of the day. I only will take my brand new Toyota to this service center. Can’t thank them all enough. Love the car and the service.

I’m a regular at Toyota Carlsbad Parts & Service Department. I get all my oil changes done there for my 2023 Tacoma. They have some excellent staff that are always friendly & the service advisors are honest & not constantly trying to upsell you. Their new car spa on site is amazing & you get a free wash voucher with every service!

Excellent service! Perfect job well done! The communication from Myra, and the friendly office receptionists made the process even better! Important to me was the ease of the Enterprise rental car process provided by the insurance company during repair of my Lexus. The shuttle was set to Enterprise where they were also friendly and efficient. All details were set and I received the keys. It was holistically a positive process! Thank you!

Decent service but they damaged at least two of my wheels after I asked my service advisor to please be careful with the wheels because the color is hard to match if it gets damaged (i haven't fully checked the other two yet) luckily the service advisor understood I wasn't upset with him and told me to text my service advisor the pictures. I will update once we come to a resolution regarding my damaged wheels.
