Awesome experience! Curtis was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, compassionate and gave me great advice! My front fender has been replaced and looks brand new. He kept me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond helping me get everything done perfectly!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Toyota + Lexus Collision Center in Carlsbad, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their service. Great experience. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Aloha gave me options, a quote and timeline to finish. All were met! My car looks beautiful again. AND the paint work came with a lifetime warranty. Great job! Thank you.

My experience with Toyota Collision was very good, Myra Soto was the estimator. From the first day she was always very friendly and answered my questions. Myra always kept me informed before, during and after my car repair. They explained in great detail what they worked on on my car. In summary I had a very pleasant experience with Toyota Collision. Highly recommended

Well over all I’m not satisfied at all. The collision center did a wonderful job. I was kept informed on the status and my Tacoma was ready when Justin said it would be I’d give Justin and the collision center a 10 out of 10 stars. Toyota as a whole has failed. I bought Toyota because of the reliability of quality. That trust has been tarnished. Toyota acknowledged a faulty factory paint job, but only painted certain areas. What I feel should have been done was every affected area should have gotten painted. If I were to go trade my Tacoma in the dealership would surly deduct the cost of painting the affected areas. Why should I have to pay for a factory defect. I am a long time Toyota buyer and owner. I bought a 4Runner , Tacoma , and most recently a RAV4. This experience has eroded my confidence in the quality of Toyota. I’m sure I can find better quality assurance at Dodge, as my mother and father have bought Dodge since I was a child. For good measure. They bought a Dodge Durango and it broke down the next day. 7 days later they gave my parents a brand new Durango. I’m not asking for a brand new Tacoma. I just wanted the faulty paint job fixed to cover all areas affected that’s all. That is more then fair. That is what customer care looks like.

My experience at Toyota Collision center in Carlsbad was nothing but great. Justin Williams was very attentive, he went above and beyond, and he was exactly on time. I had a very pleasant experience I would highly recommend getting your car or truck repaired there! Five star service!

I was recently in a fender bender and my insurance was with AAA. This shop is one of the shop they are partners with. There's a reason why I love Toyota cars. They were super helpful during the process. Carl was excellent. Kept me updated and made sure I understood what was happening and answered my questions. They worked fast and provided excellent service. I hope not to get in another fender bender again but I will recommend this place for anyone who needs help with their cars! So grateful for their help!

TC team made my collision repair simple and easy. I made my claim with my insurance company (AAA) who recommended Toyota collision to repair my Tundra. AAA communicated seamlessly directly with TC and I received regular updates on progress. TC did a great job and the process was easier than I expected.

I had an outstanding experience with Will, the Collision Center Manager. From the moment I arrived, he was extremely respectful, polite, and professional. He not only addressed the issue with my RAV4 Hybrid efficiently, but went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved perfectly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about both the vehicle and the customer.
