I recently brought my car here for a repair and it was as good as it gets after being in an accident. Abi was in constant contact with me about bringing in my car and keeping me updated on the repair. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and friendly. After I dropped off my car they had an Enterprise car rental agent pick me up and bring me to get my rental. When the repair was finished I was able to drive the rental car back to CCC and drop it off there and pick up my car that was fixed and cleaned. They have a great system that really made it easy for me and my schedule. Super happy. Hopefully I never have to see them again, but if anything does happen to my car in the future I'll be bringing it back.

They did an excellent job repairing rear bumper of my Tesla Model S. Clean job and the pearl white paint matches perfectly, which is not easy to do. Kept me informed throughout the process. Last time I had my Tesla repaired at Chris Amato's Body Werks in Oceanside and they did a horrible job. I would highly recommend Carlsbad Collision Center over them.

Alphonso and the Team at Carlsbad Collision did a fantastic job on the repair of my 2014 Model S Tesla. He kept me posted consistently on the status of the repair and it was completed precisely on the day he had committed to. Great customer service!

Im giving this review because this the third time I have to take my car back for repairs for the same issues. They do not have quality professional workmanship. Chose a different collision center for repairs. Customer service is good but how many times must one come back.

I did not have any services done here. But from an outsiders point of view the setting is very welcoming. I needed assistance and the reps did not hesitate. Very professional. Despite the few negatives, personally i will bring my Dodge Ram here. I had schooling on autobody and restoration and the best advice i could give is (if your at fault) be more cautious next time. After all you can not make a damaged automobile look brand new again but, be reassured that no matter where you choose to take it they will try their best to do so.
