Had a great experience with Caliber in Carlsbad, Manuel was the service advisor on my vehicle and he was great with communication. He managed to find some special parts that came on my car from the factory, and got it looking as good as the day it rolled out of the factory. I was in an accident where I got hit on the front end, and after the repairs it looks just as good if not better than before. If you need body work done, I wouldn’t recommend another shop higher than this one! Thanks guys!

Manuel walked me through the inspection to make sure they were going to get all the damage from the attempted theft taken care of, from the nicks to the complete reconstruction of the starter. My car was back to me in 5 days looking beautiful, washed, vacuumed and like new! Thanks Manuel, very kind and professional. Pics for before and after of the window.

They were very professional and speedy. I brought my car in on a Monday, and they got it repaired/inspected by Friday, much sooner than they even estimated. The quality of the work was well done, there weren't any loose screws or panels that I saw, and the cleaning job that they did was exceptional. I highly recommend this company if you want to get your car serviced after an accident or something.

Excellent customer service. Kept me informed. With the exception of some alignment issues between new quarter panel and hood and some other minor issues the work looks good. I fully expect that they can and will address these issues when I have an opportunity to give the car back to them to do so. Lifetime warranty!
