I was here 2 years ago and they fixed my cracked windshield. It was covered thru my insurance. I came back today to get another fixed. They also did a sand paper wash on my headlights. Anthony is amazing!!

JD (owner) just did the most amazing (and quick!) windshield repair in my Audi R8. It was seriously unbelievable.... In a really good way!! Imagine my horror this morning when I hear the most agonizing sound of a rock hitting the middle of my windshield. Ugh. I’ll be honest, before on previous cars, I did the whole “clear nail polish trick” to get me by but it would always end up looking worse. I could not go the “ghetto route” on a car like this. I found 911 on Yelp with their perfect 5-Star rating. JD was super-cool. He said it would look a lot better but not perfect... However, it looks 99.99% better. You can’t even see it anymore!! My biggest regret was not taking a “before” picture. Thank you so much!!!!!

Was unprofessional on the phone when I requested a quote. Didn’t even want the service anymore. And I don’t have the wrong shop. Stop trying to make it seem like I have the wrong place. You said you don’t offer the service. I was trying to get a windshield replacement which is CRAZY because that’s the name of your company. I was not comfortable with giving you the VIN through text. It’s as simple as that. I offered to give it to you over the phone and I can hear the frustration in the person’s voice. So please do better with your customer service. I also didn’t even get a referral from you. If I could give you 0 stars I would. I appreciate you trying to give me advice on how to communicate when you COULDN’T communicate properly from the beginning. I had a concern and you didn’t address it. You also probably couldn’t hear from the extremely loud background noise that you had. My opinion remains the same, 0 stars. I hope they don’t treat any new customers the same way I got treated.

I discovered that my back window was shattered on Easter Sunday morning. I called my insurance company right away, but they wanted to charge me a lot to replace it. I contacted several companies, and 911 Windshield was the first to respond quickly. They mentioned that they were closed for Easter Sunday but promised to send someone to my job on Monday morning. Chris arrived at 8:30 AM and replaced my back window quickly and without any hassle. I am so thankful that they came out so promptly.

Just got my windshield replaced here and they did an awesome job. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they got it done quicker than I expected. The new windshield looks perfect, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you need any glass work done on your car.

Great experience, quick service and they fixed a sizeable chip in my windshield (between nickel and quarter size). It was big enough that they said my insurance might have wanted me to replace the whole windshield but they were able to just fill the chip. Would recommend.

I have used them 3 times in the past year and have been able to have my windshield fixed the same day every time. Very easy and convenient, they even noticed and corrected a botched repair by another company. 10/10 would recommend.
