Phenomenal mechanic who saved me 2500. I got a new set of tires and went to get an alignment at the Porterville Dodge dealership. The dealership refused to do an alignment unless I replaced my control arms and struts for 2600. Pep boys did the alignment and told me that the condition of the dealer recommended repairs were not warranted for just 99 dollars. Thank you for being honest!

If I could give less than a 1 star review, I absolutely would. Tyler is extremely rude. I had an appointment set for today for a scan and auto repair for a few days ago. I rearranged my schedule to make sure I could get my car repaired. No one bothered to call me a few days ahead of today to advise me their diagnostic technician doesn’t work on Mondays. When I asked why I wasn’t called before hand as a common courtesy, Tyler answered rudely I don’t know. Then when I asked for referral out since they would not scan my car, he said there are no diagnostic technicians who work on Mondays. Which is a lie, I was able to get my car into discount tires and auto service center.

I've been going to Pep Boys, specifically on Mooney Blvd. in Visalia, for about 8 years. I've had two F-150's during that time. I keep a tight maintenance schedule on my vehicles because I've been "That One Guy" broken down on the shoulder one too many times. I schedule an appointment with the dynamic duo, Chris and Tyler, and they turn my truck over to the more than qualified mechanics for the work I need done. These guys know what they're talking about, they are seasoned professionals. Great service, affordable, quick, and professional. I highly recommend Pep Boys, especially at this location for your automotive needs.

It was an easy and pleasant experience. Fixed my headlight same day with little wait time. Reasonable price too.

Great service and helpful on tires. There was a bit of a wait with one of the service techs being out. Was glad to be able to use the guest Wi-Fi to check on a few things while I waited at the site. If you get hungry there is Burger King across the street.
