Went in half hour before closing and Blake answered all of my questions, got me a great price, and went out of his way to help me get a new tire on a stressful day! Blake- we need more workers like you in the world! Thank you for your kindness, and hard- work ethic! Will definitely keep you in mind for my next tire needs.

Mr Tire replaced struts under warranty which was appreciated, however during installation they cracked the windshield which resulted in another visit to have Safelite install a new windshield. I inspected the work and discovered the windshield wipers assembly (removed during windshield replacement) were misaligned and now rest on bottom plastic molding which is not only inoperable but unsafe. Was told I have to contact Safelite to address the problem. I am addressing the issue with Safelite but never received a sorry for the inconvenience, etc. In addition I had to make two trips to get alignment corrected, was told first alignment required tweaking, if it would have been done right the first time and I would not have to return. Last but not least the initial vehicle inspection indicated a brake fluid flush was required when performed 18 months earlier. I was also quoted additional cost for tire balance when it was included when I purchased the tires from Mr Tire Tire two years earlier.

A life-saver! 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night Blake sold us a replacement tire (I had a gash in tire and flat 45 miles from home). He went with us to our car parked at gas station a few blocks away and mounted it! Amazing service I would not expect from most shops.

Steve Neal. Had SUV worked. Needed it back Friday. Tony knew this and finished on time. Thank you Mr Tire. New brakes, ball joints and condenser a/c changed. Great folks and will work with them again😃😃🙏

The quality of work is fine but I don't appreciate it when unnecessary services are presented as needing to be done immediately (unfortunately this is standard practice at most automotive service centers). I took my truck in to have an oil change as well as one of my tire pressure sensors replaced. While they had the truck, they called and told me all the sensors were bad and needed to be changed. They told me the same thing last year when I had one of my sensors changed and yet I got a full year out of one and the other 2 are still going. When I said this to them, they then said they tested the batteries and 2 of them were low, so they recommended they be changed (no longer that they were bad and NEEDED to be changed. It would be real nice if ALL service providers would start being honest with customers rather than trying to boost their profit margins!

The employees at this location are very pushy and literally stood behind the counter with their arms crossed three different guys just being part of the conversation trying to get me to buy four tires when I had a flat tire on the side of the road and I really only needed to have one tire immediately I decided to purchase two tires but they would not stop pressuring me to get four tires. And also when we call the head and told them we were coming with the car they said that we would get a deal if we bought more than one tire but that changed quickly when we got there.

Took the ol' girl in for an oil change and tire rotation. She's up there in age and miles, 2011 with about 220k, and asked them to check her over for any issues. They said maybe a new air filter but everything else looks great. Perfect opportunity for them to say work was "needed" but they didn't. The staff and mechanics here clearly have integrity, which is probably the most important trait you'd want in a mechanic. The oil change and rotation is a little bit more expensive than other places but worth it if you trust them.

We’ve been going to Mr. Tire in Medina on Wooster Pike for years, and they consistently provide great service. Their timeliness is excellent, and communication is always clear and helpful. We highly recommend them!
