A caveat to this review is that I didn’t actually have my vehicle serviced here. Long story short, I was having an issue with my truck and Monro was one of the only places I could get it in, same day. Corbin—who I think is the manager—advised that I bring it in and he’d check it out. Upon bringing it in, looking up the issues, and running a diagnostic scanner, he figured out what the issue was, explained it to me in detail…and then explained it would probably be best to take it to a shop that better specializes in that service. I asked what I owed for the time and diagnostic and he didn’t charge me for his time, when he could’ve and I was willing to pay. So, while I can’t comment on their workmanship, I can comment on their integrity and professionalism. When my vehicle does need services which Monro offers, I will definitely consider giving them my business.

I can schedule my oil change online, I never have to wait to get my car in the service bay, and the oil change is quick. Staff is always friendly. Prices are better than most. I have been a repeat customer for several years after a friend referred me to Monro. Much appreciation for a great experience time after time!

Corbin, the service manager, was lovely. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely deserves 5 stars.

I described to the gentleman at Monro that I needed an additional pipe extension vented to the side of the van due to the factory built muffler pipe only vented underneath the vehicle. That I was getting exhaust on the interior, that could cause my death. Sounds like a custom job right? (Good to know that Monro only follows factory specific guidelines for mufflers and exhaust.) So why am I at the crack of dawn, sitting in their driveway when they do not do custom work? "Oh we gotta look at it first." Will I ever use Monro? Likely not. Doesn't deserve the one star for wasting my time and basically lying to me. Cheryl Montana

I got nothing but a run around from Scott the GM..I have had my car in this shop 8 times since July for Tie Rods and problems with Air Conditioning not working. 1st time they put tie rods on backwards, then Scott told me they were the wrong tie rods after letting me drive like that for almost a month. He orders the new ones and continues to miss appointments with me to finish up the work due to he says now i need a new strut due to bad tie rods. Take to Tire Barn today for a 2nd opinion and Tire Barn says he never did a alignment on it, even though I paid for it. Air Conditioning was suppose to of had a valve ordered and put on, not sure if it was done, still not working says its because he cant get the refrigerate for it. The Air Conditioning has had several missed appointments by him and still does not work 😔. Most recent appointment was Sept 22nd, dropped car off Friday Night to be serviced at 8 am on Saturday, left note on steering wheel, call several times to check on it on Saturday told he went to part store to get oil to finish up, get there at 6 pm to pick up and no one knows nothing and Scott not around. Go to get in my car note is still there, no one even touched my car at all.Mechanics tell me they cant comment on it! Response via text from Scott he did 9 cars and I am interrupting his family time...what about my time you just wasted!!! In addition call warranty company to take somewhere else due to his incompetence and i am told because of the time I wasted with him my warranty ran out on climate control..it was brought to him at 138,000 now 142,181 expires at 142,000..smh thanks so much!! No communication and does not keep appointments and does not follow through. Not happy and will not be returning!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Update took to Belle Tire, no refrigerate in my car at all, they did it in 2 hours not months and it works.

I've been here twice now, the first time was to get my exhaust system replaced (wish I had before and after pictures, it was pretty bad and now it's beautiful!), this time was for an oil change and more specifically to get the tires rotated since I can't do that well on my own. I usually pride myself in changing my own oil, but I've gotten too busy recently and knew I needed to stop putting it off. So I called and made an appointment, the nice lady I spoke to said it would take about 45 minutes, which was not at all a big deal and I planned to sit inside and read while I waited. 17 minutes later they're done! And it was $20.00 cheaper than I expected, an added bonus! The staff are very well trained and friendly, I plan to keep coming back with any future needs!
