I've been coming to East Side Auto for some time now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I've received. From the moment I started bringing my vehicles here , the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary needs. They did not try to sell me on anything outside of what I need. The mechanics are highly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring that my car was in great hands. I would definitely recommend Zeb and East Side Auto.

I called about noise with my brakes and they were able to look at the problem the same day to let me know if the car was safe to drive until it could be fixed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The work was scheduled for a week later and I dropped off the car using the key box. Most importantly, the work was done the day it was supposed to be and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. The work came out less expensive than the estimate, and was fairly priced. This was my first experience using this auto repair shop and an overall positive experience.

Paid for the inspection, told us it was drivable and only needed cosmetic work and an oil chance . Charged us for return parts for services we didn’t received. We were giving this car to my husbands teen sister and wanted it reliable for her . It died on her in the middle of the high way . Took it to another mechanic shop to get further answers . Fuel injectors and starter are the issues . Waste of 80 bucks here and a week of our time

I had a somewhat complex issue with my Audi, along with many maintenance issues to PM. John, Zeb and the entire crew there were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest and communicative with me. Audis are not fun or easy to work on. Many shops don’t even touch them. I expected my car to have SOME minor issues when I got it back, but it’s been 4 months and still running flawlessly due to these guys being so thorough and competent. I can’t say enough about them. They’re so reasonably priced and most likely do better work than any stealership. I’ve always been a DIY’er but some things are too big, or time consuming or lacking in tools. I wouldn’t blink an eye going back to them for something I don’t want, or can’t, deal with. They are worth every penny.
