Professional staff and good at communicating what is going on with your tires and car. I had an appointment last week to get new tires put on, and they had me out the door at the time they quoted. Good service!

Easy access and departure & easily seen from road. Bathroom was surprisingly clean. Staff it depends on which one you get. Either very helpful or a little aloof. Very quick getting vehicles in and out. Very clean waiting area and even the parking lot is kept clean!

Great service!!! Fixed my flat. I'd had a slow leak for 2000 miles finally had some time to get it checked out and they pulled some metal piece out. Saved my tire, so thankful I didn't have to replace the tire it's only a few months old. Thanks guys!!!!

I have always received outstanding service at the Warsaw location. Today’s visit was excellent, I purchased a set of tires for my truck. Tyler H helped me choose the right tire and the they were mounted and ready to go in 45 minutes.

The service was excellent! They took very good care to inspect all my tires including my spare. Got them all at the proper pressure. Careful and thorough with removal, re mount and balance and re install. Even Sent txt to inform of progress while waiting! Highly recommend!

If you want your vehicle back or the same as it was this is not the place for you. Not only could the not get a seized valve stem cover off they also gave us like 5 different stories of what happened or I guess I should say what didn’t happen plus chipped another wheel. But according to the manager that stuff never happened there. On top of that my screws for my wheel cap just magically unscrewed themselves in a day I’m lucky I had to let the air out of my tires or it would be gone. So I guess if you want subpar work this is the place for you. Must be why they aren’t ever busy.

Fast, and honest, mounted new tires on new rims Which i did not buy from them put a scratch on 1 rim and told me right away and offered to buy me a new rim Honesty is something hard to find from local shops around here. I would definitely recommend these guys for that reason.

Great place! Staff is super friendly and honest. Zac knows his stuff! Would highly recommend this location. The Free tire rotations are a great bonus! Jonathan was quick and efficient as well!

Bought tires here and went for my first tire rotation. The guys made a mistake and did not rotate them, right. It was very easy to tell since they had never been rotated before. The front wheels are always dirtier, and the outer edges of the tires had slightly more wear from turning. I was not upset at first when I initially brought it back. No biggie mistakes happen, but the salesman wouldn’t hear it and came up with every reason he could why I was wrong, but it was so obvious I will not shop here again and don’t even want to come in for a free rotation at this point.

The alignment was spot on and the tech that did it was great on the down side is I had just put tures on it at a different place and just went there for an alignment and magically there was a fresh cut on the sidewall and was advised it needed replaced when I refused to do it there the “inspection tech “ didn’t talk to me anymore Pretty crappy when my kids are getting ready to take it to Florida.
