Belle Tire

I can’t sing the praises of belle tire in Warsaw enough. I’m not the richest person. They were able to rotate my tires and align my front end. Plus change my front pads and rotors. Only charged me 275$. They really did me a solid. They have my business for life.

I stopped to get a tire repaired today. All well and fine. They told approximately 20minutes to get it in 30 minutes or to repair. So 45 minutes to an hour for good measure. 2 hrs later I finally get truck back. Forget the free tire repair, I would have been happy to pay 50 bucks to get it fixed in a decent time frame. Totally destroyed my schedule. We had another car scheduled for an alignment at 6:00 the same day, timing was great. 20 minutes later it was ready to leave. They gave us a $25 discount which was still more than listed online, but was in no mood to go down that road yet. So if I am on a schedule not going back. If I feel like spending all afternoon doing nothing I might think about it

These guys are outstanding! I highly recommend them. They fixed my flat tire on a Saturday, when no one in my community could. Tim and his guys did an outstanding job, they even reinstalled my donut and put away my jack and tools for me. Like it never even happened. When I went to check out, he says it’s a free service they offer. He wouldn’t even take a tip for coffee for his guys, he only wanted a handshake. Very much appreciated, it made my weekend. Thanks so much Tim and your team at Belle tire.

Bought 4 tires for my Ram crew cab 1500- he went over all tires options- did not force me in what they want to sell- Josh was very professional and knowledgeable- everyone was polite and friendly- I always went to the Bell tire in Merrillville when I lived in Northwest Indiana. These guys are just as good thank you

I recently purchased 4 new tires for my SUV. Upon entering Belle Tire, I was quickly greeted by Josh, who assisted me with expertise and efficiency. He answered all my questions and then some. I bought some quality Michelin tires at a reasonable price. When I returned to have the tires installed, I was in and out within 2 hours. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and it just felt like an enjoyable working environment. Place was clean and quite busy.

Just had an oil change done at this location. Picked up my vehicle to find oil residue all over the touch points of the interior of the vehicle. Not too pleased with the quality of service!

Phenomenal team at Belle Tire in Warsaw, IN! Amazing service at Belle Tire! Their team paid close attention to my tire needs with honest advice. They respected my time and kept my exact appointment. The shop was clean and staff was friendly. Best of all, they finished my service much faster than expected. I came in for a tire rotation last night. I was told 3 of my sensors had low batteries. I only had two not registering when I went in and this morning ironically three of them weren't registering. I was sticker shocked when he told me they were $85 each which I could not afford to pay. I don't understand why they are so expensive! Once I left and got down the road I noticed that they apparently never bothered to check my tire pressure as the air pressure was low on the ones that registered! Shouldn't that be a part of the rotation process? I purchased these 4 new tires from Belle Tire approximately 2 years ago. They do not hold air as I am constantly having to put air in them pretty much every week. Also if they put the plastic on the seat and a paper floor mat, why can't they throw it away when you get out of it?

Had tires put on in August 2022. Never had any rotates or anything. Went to put new tires on today, find that all lug nuts were bulged and not able to be removed as well as 3 mismatched lug nuts. Asked about it in store, told "Tim" the story, only said it wasn't anything they did, couldn't be them. I stated other tire shop told me to bring back to them. Tim never offered to even look at it to tell me what was wrong only said it wasn't their problem. Canceled my alignment appt. Went to Discount Tire up the road. They offered to see what issue was, offered an easy solutikn and took care of it on the spot. Safe to say I've made my very last purchase at Belle Tire. They lost a customer with 6 vehicles, an RV and utility trailer. Discount Tire here I come!
