I stopped in one evening to get an estimate about 30 minutes before they closed. Eric came out and was able to do the estimate even though I didn't have an appointment to do so. I was very thankful for this as I have been working a lot. He quickly got the estimate sent over to me and we were able to get my repair scheduled. I was thankful for the reminder text messages to drop my car off and they kept me updated the entire time they were working on my Acadia on where they were at in the process. I dropped it off on a Sunday night, they started working on it Monday morning and it was ready to go by 5:30 that Friday night. My driver side headlight was all foggy looking and I couldn't afford a new headlight on top of the repair but they cleaned it up really good before putting it back in when the front end was reassembled. My car looks as good as new. I would use them again for repairs in the future and I have told everyone who comments on how good it looks where I had the work done and how great they were. Thank you for making this process smooth and easy! * I thought I had better pictures of the damage but I couldn't find them.

Automotive Unlimited did an amazing job. Not only did they restore my truck back to the condition it was before the accident they were excellent about communicating the status of the repairs. I would definitely recommend.

I have used Automotive Unlimited twice and have been impressed at the professionalism and quality of work both times. I also love the text messages they send as your vehicle progresses through the process. It was definitely appreciated!i would recommend them 10 for 10!

I am very happy with the like new look on my 2016 Ford Escape. I am 86 yrs old and I hopefully will not have to have more repairs on Ms Scarlett before I quit driving. They were all so nice to me and the office young lady was very friendly too.

Eric & his crew did a wonderful job on my 1970 Z28 added chrome pieces, fixed drivers side window, buffed & polished out my paint job. It made a big difference my car now glows, thanks Eric.

I was rear ended on May 2, 2025. My car was taken there by State Farm which was the other drivers insurance. I stopped in right after the car was dropped off and Vicky took all the information that was needed. It was looked at and was totalled. They got my information right away so I could continue the process. EVERYONE was so nice, knowledgeable, and expedient and helped me through this process with ease. Even though my car wasn't repaired, if I do ever need work done in the future, I will definitely be taking it to them. It's so nice to have such a great friendly crew that is willing to help. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I read tons of reviews before deciding where to take my car. I hit a deer and had pretty minimal damage. Still something I wanted fixed and wanted fixed right. From the moment I walked in I knew I had picked the right place. They worked with my car insurance so I really didn't have to do anything except drop off, pick up, and pay my deductible. I dropped my car off on a Sunday and they called Thursday to let me know it was done. The repairs turned out great, can't tell that I hit a deer.
