We were very pleased with the all around experience… the customer service and the actual repairs made on the vehicle. They gave us frequent updates during the process. We had a peace of mind that they were making it a priority to get it fixed so we could get our vehicle back and move on with our day to day routine. We highly recommend. My vehicle was vandalized in multiple places. Caliber Collision did fantastic work and my vehicle looks wonderful. They went above and beyond my expectations. They frequently updated me during the repair process. The customer service was the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. You will not be disappointed!

Had my first hit and run incident with my vehicle and went through my insurance to see what options they had for me. First recommendation they had was Caliber Collision & I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get my car repaired there. Ryan Smith directed me throughout the process and I appreciated the text updates as well. Thank you to all the staff and technicians that helped repair my vehicle. She looks good as new!

Went to the Warsaw, Indiana location and I was very pleased. From the time I walked into the door till we picked up our car, everything went smooth and perfect. They were very good about letting me know what they needed to do to my car. They explained all of the costs and worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to.They also kept me up to date on what they were doing to my car and when I would be able to pick it up. The car was done on time and the work was flawless. It truly looked brand new. They even took the time to clean out the inside of my car so when I picked it up, it truly felt like I had a new car. I appreciated Ryan and all of his phone calls to keep me updated. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced by them. I would definitely use them again.

Stopped in for estimate and I was amazed at how fast and easy they are to work with. The lady who did my estimate went over all the details with me and they worked together to get with my insurance to get what they needed. Everyone worked together and they create a welcoming atmosphere. You dont get service from many places these days where people actually help you but Caliber has amazing service & offered to help me navigate through the process that I was not sure how to do.

This is the most professional shop I've ever dealt with, by far. Caliber Collision in Warsaw, Indiana came highly recommended from both my friends and my insurance company and they did not disappoint. The receptionist was immediately very helpful and lined up a rental for me within minutes. Not only did they communicate daily and get the body work done properly and quickly, but they were also able to get parts way faster than most places I've dealt with. They ordered from multiple vendors to make sure there wasn't any unnecessary delays and since they knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental, they even released my car back to me while we wait on one last small, non-critical part that is taking longer than all the others. When I picked up my car, the guy was extremely friendly and informative. He explained their entire process and when I got into my car, I noticed they did a full interior/exterior detail including the rubber floor mats which were in dire need of cleaning. All the extra effort on Calibers part really helped alleviate some of the stress involved in the car accident/repair process and I appreciate it.
