Walmart Auto Care Centers

Tires bought through Walmart.com did not fit. Store was of no help fixing the problem and left me on my own to return them even though tires were delivered to them.

The garage has always been a good place to get a good oil change at a good price. The batteries for the car are good and usually last the 3 to 4 years they are rated for, the tires they carry are OK for off brand but you can order what you want.

Refused to install one tire on a rear whell drive vehicle. These guys are either restricted by corporate or have lack experience to even be selling/installing tires. I've been in the auto industry for 20+ years and have never heard such a thing. So much for a quick tire replacement at Walmart to save me time.....

What a group of lying guys! I needed one tire replaced due to a flat tire. They were ok to sell me one new one and place it on the rim but not Mount it on my car as they claimed there’s a law saying if the other tires are close to eight years old they couldn’t replace just one tire they need to replace two at a time. My other tires are in good shape and didn’t need replaced. So they sold me the one new tire on the rim and that was it. Thank goodness for Smith Tire just down the road for replacing my tire for me to get that donut tire off my car. Another reason I hate shopping at Walmart!!!

I was told my transmission was over filled (big exclamation marks on my report after an oil change and a general check) so I took it to a dealer (only way to drain it), 35 miles away, who checked and checked again and concluded that it wasn't. All that worry for nothing! Except for this, I've only had a great experience. I never had to wait more than an hour, and it seems they are really thorough. I also had a new battery put in and they even checked and adjusted my tire pressure even though that was not part of the work order.
