I've used Bussard for several repairs over the last couple of years and have felt confident with how Kim takes care of me and my car. He does honest work at reasonable prices and spends the time to figure out the underlying cause of the problems I bring to him - kind of old school mixed with modern tech approach, which is great. Being a single woman it is reassuring to know that I have a mechanic I can trust not to take advantage of my situation. My dad has worked on cars for years but lives far away, and he agrees that the service I have gotten has been great. It's also nice that the shop is in walking distance from my house so I don't have to worry about finding someone to help me drop off and pick up my car.

Horrible service … said they would fix my car .. towed it there and had to have it towed the next day to another shop… they didn’t have time to fix it…. Told them Exactly what was needed… simple Job … I ended up doing it myself in 3 days…. I’m no Mechanic but it was simple as plug and play. It’s a bug for goodness sake.

Great service!! I brought in an old car and wasn't sure what was wrong with it and they had it fixed in a week. Did some other small repairs to make sure I would get down the road. I appreciate what they done and they were very easy to work with. Thanks fellas - I appreciate you.

Amazing job! Super friendly and helpful. I just had my car fixed by them and they did a great job. I had it towed and car repaired the next day. I love how they are fair in price and treated me like any customer, not just a female. If I ever need repairs again, I will chose them every time. Thank you so much for a painless and wonderful experience. You guys are amazing at your job.

took my truck in for an oil change was nothing wrong with my truck. got it back and there's a big dent in the passenger side back door. and he said they're not responsible for it. got a picture I wish I can figure out how to load it
