This place is the most AMAZING and fantastic auto part place I've ever been. The staff there are top notch and really care about their customers. My husband and I would have been up shits creek without a paddle without them. We bought a part from them and they let us use their tools to put it on real fast. I'm glad we did it there cause it turned out the Idiot the owned our care before us Silicone welded the part to another one. Without missing a beat they jumped in to help, the best people ever. They was even super busy and still found time to help and answer all our questions. The crew that worked 9/25/24 I can't remember all your names but thank yall so much for everything!!

First off, I must say that I am very pleased, very satisfied, and above all, absolutely impressed. This morning I came to AutoZone in Warsaw, Indiana to have a diagnostics ran on my 2017 Ford fusion. I’ve had a number of issues with my car battery dying, I’ve bought numerous batteries. I’ve had my usual car mechanic due diagnostics and they have basically charged me $80 and sent me on my way saying nothing is wrong. They have done all of my oil changes and “filled my fluids “yet I have been left at Meijer at 12:30 at night with no coolant in my vehicle. I’ve been let down fully by multiple vehicle service people. But today, that all changed. JW A was an absolute gentleman. He was thorough, he opened the door for me. He was nice to my obnoxious little Chihuahuas in the car. He offered me advice. He made me feel safe, welcome, taken care of. And I just felt like I was really in good hands. I felt like JW had a genuine concern for my problem. And I could not be more thankful for the service that was provided today at this location in Warsaw, Indiana. also, I met the manager, Jody, she was very kind and she was grateful at the words I had to say complementing her staff for their expertise and excellent customer service. 10 out of town would recommend this staff, this location thank you, AutoZone. It was a good experience, I was immediately asked if I needed assistance with anything, I had found the sea foam and funnel he helped me find conveniently near thatI came to purchase. But then remembered I needed to get some good windshield wipers for winter.. the man helping me went above and beyond to try and help me find the kind I wanted but unfortunately the store didn't have enough in stock. He apologized and let me know he could have it there by tomorrow but I let him know I was from out of town and not to worry. Great store always has been.

I stopped at AutoZone in Warsaw Sunday, September 29th, to replace a turn signal bulb and wiper blades. I want to thank Curtis again for going above and beyond to help me. He not only changed the bulb and blades but showed me how to change them in the future. Just want Curtis to know how much I appreciated his thoughtfulness and respect.

I was at the Warsaw AutoZone Auto Parts Store, tonight in Warsaw, needing some help. Manager, Jodie was most kind & compassionate to let one of the employee's help me. His name was Shane and he went up and beyond expectations in helping me out. From start to finish. To say I'm grateful is an understatement! Many thanks to Jodie & Shane for their helpfulness & kindness. It was very much appreciated. I will continue bringing my business to your store! Thank you again for your great customer service.
