John and Tyler were fantastic in working with us after our son needed some pretty major repair work done to his car. John took the time to go item by item and explain thoroughly what needed to be repaired on the car. The work was completed more efficiently than I could have hoped for. And the price ended up being reasonable for the amount of repair work that was completed. Could not recommend this automotive shop highly enough!!

This was about a 2 week process of getting what I needed but I'm the man time they ordered all the parts and had them ready. When I called this morning they said bring it on in. Got there around 10am and they was ready to pull it in when I got there. They put me in a loaner vehicle and to my surprise they had it done at closing time the same day. Super friendly people and they really do want to help people. I will definitely be telling all my friend and anyone else that will listen this is the place to go for your mechanical needs

I recently had an oil change and am so pleased! They took me in at my exact scheduled time and was so fast and was a class act. I over heard the manager with another young man, and he was trying to help with such empathy and offered many options! Kevin was very helpful also! Highly recommend!

Smiles has very nice and honest employees. They were quick and efficient, and did a really thorough inspection on my car. I am very pleased with their services and prices, so I will be going back next time I need maintenance or repairs. Also, their waiting area was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Skilles opened up a new shop in Warsaw. Went in for the 39.99 oil change special was greated with friendly knowledgeable staff. Very nice waiting room with snacks and drinks. Fast courteous done right service.

Hands down best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop! The men were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was clean, complimentary, and comfortable. They communicated at the highest standard and didn’t take my pocket book for a wild ride. I will do all my business from now on at Skiles in Warsaw!
