Highly recommend! I needed to get my brakes replaced, an oil change and my windshield wipers replaced and they did it all within a few hours! Truly great customer service, the team was very kind and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They didn't try to sell me on any products or services I didn't need and were fairly priced. I will definitely be going back here in the future!

Last week, I picked up a nail in my tire late Sunday evening. First thing Monday I stopped in to the Duraleigh Road location. The manager on duty was awesome. He got me right in and they quickly patched my tire. I wasn't even late to work. Excellent experience!!

I work for a locally owned business and while driving one of our company trucks noticed the steering was off. Call the store and spoke with Jason. Told me they had immediate opening for an alignment. Dropped the truck off and in no time performed a badly needed alignment. I was so pleased that I have brought 2 more of my fleet in the next day. This time I spoke with Mike and the technician and was brought right in and was taken care of immediately. Professional and courteous staff. Thanks guys!

My wife and I took her car to Mavis Tires & Brakes on Duraleigh Road on a Sunday afternoon when the tire gauge in her car indicated the air pressure in one of her tires was extremely low. When we arrived at Mavis, we were greeted by two very pleasant, professional and accommodating technicians. One of the technicians found a nail in that tire and told us he could patch it then if we had time to wait. Of course, we waited and he completed the job in a very short period of time. The techs and the manager treated us professionally and kindly. We definitely will be a return customer!

Went in for an emergency patch and they had me in-and-out in 15 minutes. They also helped with my check engine light and got me a quote for when I return to have my tires replaced. I will definitely be back. Excellent 5 star customer service

I had difficulty with my vehicle, I been all over Raliegh and Mavis tire and brakes, my alignment was totally off they did a awesome job on that I did not have to return to get it Readjusted they also did my air conditioning and brakes they work hard and I didn’t have to wait long and they did a Diagnosis to make sure when I left everything was cleared. I just recommend if you have something that need to be done. Need to be correct. Nice price. Advise you to come here.

Recommend this location for timely and professional service with excellent customer service!! New to Raleigh location, I was seen quickly and able to be back on the road with a new tire ( nail was in side wall). Unfortunately got another nail in a tire sidewall- Jaylan and crew were awesome!! Super polite and friendly. And they will rotate your tires too!!!

Jason and the whole crew here were fantastic. I discovered I had a flat a few blocks away, pulled in, and Adrian had me back on the road in under 30min. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to patch the tire and never tried to up-sell me. These are good guys. I'll be coming back here for my future tire needs.

Mavis is top notch for car service! I went for tire rotation and it was free. The gentleman checked my windshield fluid and saw that I needed some. He hooked me up! Great service, professional, reliable and friendly.
