I had a car emergency last friday (late afternoon) and they were able to take my car in a finish it before they closed at 6! Truly life savers and very nice staff! Fair pricing and they did well with explaining the issues with my car. 10/10 would recommend!!

I was in Raleigh on a business trip when my vehicle broke down. I quickly found Automan on Google and chose them to repair my car based on great reviews. Automan saved my day. They immediately diagnosed the problem and spent time locating the best price for the part my vehicle needed and were able to repair my vehicle the next day. They quoted me an estimate but the total cost came under estimate. Automan was one of the most professional, exceptional, efficient experiences I have had with an auto repair and care center. They operated using user-friendly technology to keep me apprised of my repair, to approve the cost and repair, and to inform me when my vehicle was ready. If I lived in Raleigh, Automan would be my definite go-to service place for all vehicle needs. The owner and his team were courteous and professional through the whole process. My vehicle inconvenience while in Raleigh turned into a positive experience because I was able to use Automan. I recommend them to everyone!

10/10 stars would recommend. I used to exclusively go to the dealer where I purchased my car and paid premium for basic services because of horror stories you hear about some mechanics and shops. Automan's was the first place I wanted to try outside of a traditional dealer and I'm glad I did. I'll be bringing both of my vehicles here with confidence for any and all services from now on. Great repairs, great service, and great prices.

I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, cleanliness of the shop. The waiting room is spacious and was able to accommodate my need to work while I waited. The owner and staff were friendly, courteous and informative. I have an Alfa Romeo and called around to compare prices after receiving a ridiculous quote from the dealership. I have referred AutoMan to ALL of my friends!

WhatEVER you do, do NOT use this shop. They are horrible and disrespectful. I brought my car in to have something on my wheel fixed, they told me it would be $457 my receipt said $457 yet they charged me $547. When I got into my car I realized that my radio screen settings had been changed completely and that my speaker was blown. I immediately contacted the manager and asked why someone would have to mess with my radio and why my speaker is blown if they were working on my wheel. He pretty much said “not his problem” do yourself a favor and NEVER come here

I came here to just get an inspection done and was told I needed two new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. They finished in about 4 hours. When I left the shop my car went from initially a very slight pull to the right to a full on pull when I left the shop. I brought my car back and explained to the receptionist exactly this and asked her to please, please, have them test drive the car when they finished. When they finished my car went straight to a parking spot. No test drive. I went to the mechanic and asked him to please test drive it. He asked me if I wanted to go with him so I went. I saw it was still pulling to the right when he drove down a straight road. Back to the shop the mechanic told the manager it was pulling to the right. He told me that I now needed new tire rods. I told him that he was the one that told me that I originally needed an alignment which I paid for yet made a very small problem big. I told him I didn’t think it was fair to pay for something once that I had now done twice that wasn’t even actually the problem. (6 hours now- 4 the first time and 2 more today). I wanted to take my car to a different mechanic (Dave Jordan Auto in Fuquay Varina) which I trust 100%, but I had only needed an inspection which is why I didn’t drive all the way to him initially. The manager told me to take the car to him and if he charged me then he would pay for it. Sure, make me pay for something that I didn’t need and get me to leave. Fine, I’m too tired to sit and argue when I need to pick my kids up from school. I WILL NEVER BE BACK and I will attempt to contact the owner to see if they even care. Oh ya, he then asked if my car had been in an accident (like that is the reason why he wrongly said I needed an alignment). I was in an accident months earlier which is 100% evident to a mechanic. He knew this the first time around. *** it’s been about a month now and the owner didn’t reach out. Time to let the BBB know that they are not trustworthy and don’t care about taking people’s money for unnecessary or incorrect diagnosis.

Automan beat the dealership estimate. They were prompt getting my vehicle in the shop, completed within the estimated time frame, and had excellent communication throughout the service. No complaints, i will be using them again in the future.

My experience was AMAZING! My turbocharger (which I know nothing about) was going out and I needed help asap and brought my vehicle into AutoMan. Perry and the young lady at the front were both awesome. They were upfront about what service I needed and fixed my car in a day. I didn’t wanna spend $2750 but I needed my car lol I give the service a 10/10 and would definitely recommend them for anyone in desperate need to have their vehicle serviced.
