I highly recommend this Meineke for services! I had technicians Rob and Tako help out and wow. Superb customer service! So personable and it felt like they genuinely wanted to help my problem, not just to make a buck. They also took the time to educate me on the car issue as well, and that feels invaluable. I will be going to this Meineke for all my car needs.

My husband and I have used this meineke location on and off over the last 10 years. Always a good experience. I went recently for a sound test to see what is going on with my car, Rob was super helpful and so polite, he is great with customers, I was there for maybe 30-45 minutes and he really made everyone leaving happy. He is very thorough with his work, honest, and helpful. Truly makes the difference. Thank you guys!

Great Customer Service! My car needed a little bit more than I expected but it runs as well as when I first bought it 7 years go, so I'm more than pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone!

I have been a customer for well over a year. First time I came was for convenience as it’s close to my house. I keep coming because these guys are honest, up front with the price and they do not try to add things that aren’t necessary. My car is always done in a timely manner and when I had an emergency repair they took care of it same day. I recommend coming here highly.

Great Experience. Had an urgent tire repair need while on a trip away from home. Found the shop on Google Maps and gave them a call. Spoke with an extremely helpful and well spoken team member who told me to come on over and they would knock it out. I arrived shortly after and met with the same team member. Nice looking shop and waiting area. They quickly took my truck in and completed the needed repair at a very fair price. The technician (also extremely polite and well spoken) met me at the door with my vehicle and thanked me for coming in. Outstanding to find service like this while traveling!

I love this Meineke location. I believe my dad and I have been taking our cars there for at least 5 years? The integrity is felt in every conversation, and they always go beyond the call of duty. They are known to do their own extra research in order to troubleshoot, something I've never heard another auto shop do. The honesty is well worth the fuss of handing your car over, they will let you know more than is required of them and I am impressed and more knowledgeable every time I leave this spot. Love these guys, they deserve Christmas presents.

By far the best place to take your vehicles for servicing. We trust Rob and the entire staff to services our families vehicles. They have been nothing but honest and sincere with us over the past few years. We would highly recommend Meineke to anyone in the Raleigh area that is looking for a place to take their cars!
