Discount Tire

I called when the shop was about to close (we're talking 10 minutes). They told me to come on in and they didn't want me driving on a bad tire. My safety was their concern and they would stay to help me. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they had me in new tires in under half an hour. Prices were extremely reasonable and come with road hazard insurance and everything. Would recommend.

This place sets a new standard for customer service. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and friendly and also price match tires for me versus a competitors price. They even put a new set of lug nuts on for me for free, which was completely unnecessary considering how much they helped me out with the tires themselves. I love when people go out of their way to make sure you are safe and within your budget! Won’t go anywhere else for tires and if I ever need a break from the bad customer service in this world I will be sure to stop back by this Discount Tire thank you again to everyone working today for your help!

I definitely prefer this location. Friendly staff. Sometimes the wait times seem extremely long but they have always gotten done ahead of schedule. Jake is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have already recommended to others to come here for tires. Whether it's to fix or replace I think it's definitely worth it. This place will continue to be my first choice.

I believe this is my 6th set of tires, across my family, purchased from this location. The folks who work at this store are always fantastic. Very polite and extremely efficient. I think this was the quickest turnaround they have done for me thus far. 4 tires in 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very professional, I called them to verify that they'd be able to install 2 tires that are a different size than the vehicle initially came with. (Long story short, the dealership I bought my vehicle from had installed 4 tires and 2 needed replacing, wanted to keep the same size the dealer had). They confirmed they could, so long as the tires could bear the weight of the vehicle. I also asked about the inventory of a particular tire I had seen on their website. Very helpful folks, was told as long as I arrived before closing they could have my new tires installed the same day. I arrived later the same day, no appointment necessary. After I paid for the tires, they took less than 15 minutes to remove the 2 old tires and install new ones. Clean, family-friendly place, no pin-ups or immoral calendars anywhere in sight. They kept my vehicle clean and even drove it up to the door for me. Incredible service. Highly recommended. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, bathroom was good.

Came in with my BMW for a full tire swap/installation. Staff were really nice and understanding. Car was in and out within 40 minutes. They went out of their way to bag up my old tires so I could take them home and had a few workers compliment my car and wheels. Would recommend here and I’ll definitely be back.

Left the Nissan dealership after being told the screw in my tire was outside of the repairable area and went straight to Discount Tire, where I have had great service for years. The tire, of course, was repairable. I love the honest, fast, and reliable service I have always received at any Discount Tire location. Today I was helped by Dustin, and he was great!

The most common phrase you'll hear from this company all day long is, "thank you for your patience." They ignore you and make you wait longer than what was anticipated. Long waits at these kind of places are kind of typical. However, there is hardly ever any acknowledgment as you wait and watch, people walk in and out that come after you. I prepaid for a set of tires and was given an appointment that same day. I came back at the scheduled time and waited in my seat for over two and a half hours. Then I find out that my truck had not even moved. Of course, when you get up and complain, there all of a sudden there is a bay open (in 15 mins). I ask for a refund and left. To be clear, I'm not complaining about the wait. I'm complaining about the lack of communication and gross oversight. It's unfortunate that companies like this that are constantly busy all day lose sight of what it means to keep customers who have paid and are waiting informed. They could have at least acknowledge the situation and my inconvenience, especially when it takes over 3 hrs longer than anticipated. I would have waited for over 4 hours to have them put on despite the fact that I already had an appointment. I saw walk-ins with small patchwork go in and out within an hour. The best thing that you can do is have your vehicle dropped off. Then you don't have to listen to or experience poor excuses.

I dropped my car off at this tire shop expecting the new tires to be in, but unfortunately, the tires I was expecting were not there. That said, the team was super upfront about it, apologized for the inconvenience, and even gave me a discount to make up for the wait—which I really appreciated. Dustin was especially helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service overall, and I’ll definitely come back next time I need tires!
