Poor Mike. I picked the coldest day of the year to bring my car in for a new battery. In addition to this, my battery had somehow fused to the terminal. Mike worked so hard to free up my old battery and spent a really long time in the freezing cold to make sure my new battery was installed correctly. He even took the time to clean the battery terminal so that it looked brand new. I will definitely be back because of Mike. He deserves a raise for such great customer service! Thanks Mike!

I am very happy with how well Mark D. took care of my needs. He is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. With Mark's help I ordered the lighting product I needed at a better price then the big box stores. They were shipped within a couple of days exceeding my expectations. I am already negotiating another project where I will be sourcing lighting products from Mark D. at the Glenwood Rd Raleigh/Durham store.

Michael called my first thing in the am regarding my screen replacement, great response! Also, they actually had my Note 8 replacement (front and back) screens. They offered a 6 month warranty. I believe they are one of the only companies doing screen replacement with a warranty! Steven checked me out and he had amazing customer service, just like Michael. I felt relaxed and comfortable with him. The manager (assuming) seemed to be rushing around in the background to accommodate folks, but honestly he felt very stressed, maybe people, or upper management put too much pressure on him?? Relaxed employees sell more, and have the best customer service. Either way, the guys I dealt with directly, were amazing!!! Great crew, and my phone works!! Thank you! Lame. I bought a replacement car battery here for my 2021 car. When I did, I asked if they could change the old battery out. I was careful to note that it would need an OBD scanner tool to program it on the car computer for the new battery. They had the specifics for my car. I was told this would be fine and that they could program the battery, no worries. It was a $60 fee for a VW/BMW. Long story short, after installing the new battery, the employee got their OBD diagnostic scanner out and hooked it up. He was not able to program the car. They called their corporate internal support line. They explained that their OBD scanner unit did not have either the software license or the correct car data to do this work. I was told that "their working on it" with regard to them updating their code and tools. My car is not brand new, it's 4 years old. Not having the car updated with the new battery info meant error codes that won't go away when I turn on the car. I turn on my car, it knows there's a new battery and gives 9 error codes. This is also why I asked specifically if they could in fact actually be sure they could program it after replacement. If they could not, I'd take it to the dealership or a qualified shop to do it later on at my convenience. So, I ended up with a problem as a result of coming to this store that I didn't have prior and was completely avoidable. The manager and store owner were polite, but really didn't offer to fix the problem they created. They did not charge me the $60 for physically replacing the battery, that service cost included the battery code work which they obviously failed to complete. So, I cannot recommend this place others to have their battery changed here. Yes, you should be disappointed. You did have ample opportunity yesterday when we were in person to follow up or make suggestions. I'm changing my review to 2 because of your offer to help, though I feel it's rather hollow.

Got a battery for my motorcycle, ordered it online and picked up two days later. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Guy who helped me was super friendly.
