This VW Service lost my keys and instead of being honest and telling me this, they told me: ITS MATT FROM VW, YOUR VEHICLE IS LOCKED WITH THE KEYS IN IT, I AM GOING TO GET IT FIGURTED OUT FORY OU, BUT YOU CAN STAY IN THAT CAR UNTIL I GET THE KEYS OUT AND UNLOCKED. VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT, CARS CANT LOCK WITH THE KEYS INSIDE, HOWEVER WITH THE ELECICAL ISSUES, IT DID. I WILL CALL OR EMAIL ONCE I GET INTO IT. VERY SORRY AGAIN I was later informed that they never diagnosed my car. My keys turned up 20 minutes away in Belleville. After recovering my car, I then called and spoke to a person in charge of all LaFontaine Service Centers thinking that this person would want to make things right, but this person was completely unapologetic and unbothered by this information.

Garret/Trent from service did a great job servicing my car, and showing and explaining me on inspection video the condition of the car and going in detail about what needs attention. didn’t feel coerced; rather educated… which is what every service department should strive to have thru customers feel.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at lafontaine on March 30th. I brought my 1 year old vehicle for servicing and was informed that a part was required, which still has not arrived to date. As a result, I have been without my vehicle that I have been paying for, and it has caused me immense inconvenience. What's even more frustrating is the fact that the establishment did not offer me a loan vehicle during this period. This has been a major inconvenience for me, especially since I have kids and loads of doctor appointments. I believe that it is unacceptable for a service provider to offer such poor customer service. This is not the first time my vehicle has required major servicing since I purchased it, and I am starting to question the quality of the product. However, my main concern at this point is the lack of urgency and communication from the establishment in resolving this issue. It has been weeks, and I have not received any updates on when I can expect the part to arrive. As a paying customer, I expect a reasonable level of service, and I am deeply disappointed that this has not been the case. I urge the establishment to take immediate action to expedite the arrival of the required part and offer a formal apology for the inconvenience caused. In conclusion, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at lafontaine, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, and I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.

I brought in my car for an oil change and brake fluid flush (brake fluid warning light had turned on). They performed an oil change, a brake fluid flush, a multi-point inspection and was given a bill of health. Two days later, the brake fluid light came on and my brakes just completely failed, as in, pedal to the floor failed. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency situation and I was able to crawl it home. When I confronted them as to why my brakes failed after having just performed a brake fluid flush, they told me my caliper was leaking fluid…..not even a week after a brake service/inspection.

Needed to get an oil change and the ac looked at on a used car. They had an available appointment the same day (within an hour), and got me in and out super quickly. I did need to order a part to be replaced, and Paul was very thorough in explaining the diagnostics, and entire situation including all of the options I had. They took great care of me and my car!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this service department. Service Manager has always been up front and helpful. The shuttle drivers have also been a pleasure to ride with in what can be an awkward situation.
