I had an outstanding experience at LaFontaine thanks to the incredible team there. A special shoutout to Pam, who went above and beyond to help me lease the perfect car. Her dedication, expertise, and patience made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Pam took the time to understand my needs and found me an amazing deal that I couldn’t be happier with! Additionally, I want to extend my gratitude to Jose in the accounting department. He was incredibly efficient and transparent throughout the financial process, making everything clear and stress-free. Overall, the level of service provided by Pam and Jose was exceptional. I highly recommend LaFontaine to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price. Thank you both for making this experience so positive! Will be coming back in the future.

⭐☆☆☆☆ **Extremely Disappointing Experience at Mazda Livonia** I wish I could give Mazda Livonia zero stars for the awful experience I had at this dealership. My visit on September 9th was nothing short of frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I didn’t get my vehicle back until September 16th sent back home with the same issue. I’ve given Mazda Livonia more chances than they deserve, and each time they manage to disappoint me further. I have been bringing my vehicle here for regular maintenance and repairs, and every single time, the experience has been frustrating and stressful. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for what should have been a simple repair – an Anti Theft Lock issue that needed fixing. Not only did the service take *way* longer than promised (I had to follow up with service tech Matt multiple times to get an update), but when I finally got my car back, the key was broken. It’s as if the technician didn’t even address the problem! It’s clear that the service technicians at Mazda Livonia have no idea what they’re doing. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with poor workmanship at this dealership either. Every time I bring my car in, I leave with the same unresolved issues or new problems that weren’t there before. No accountability, no urgency, and certainly no respect for their customers' time!!!!

Pam is great! She’s professional, determined, and friendly. She addressed my concerns and was able to make it happen! I would recommend to anybody looking for a car to come here.

The service department is amazing. They were able to squeeze me in so we were still able to leave for vacation on time. The tech Paul went above and beyond, he was awesome. Thank you to the entire service department.

I write this as I continue to go unnoticed standing around the lobby for exactly 1 hours and 11 minutes. Initially, I thought it'd be funny to see how far it would take for anyone to notice or even greet me. I kind of got absolutely absorbed by death scrolling and realized that exactly more than an hour has passed without anyone saying anything to me. I decided to change the positions to where I was standing to perhaps alert people I needed help, but to no avail. Everyone seems to be having fun, and laughing too. Some reps look busy on their computers, some even walked past me about 3 times. Some reps are on the phone with family right next to me. Do I have to make an appointment? Or am I actually invisible? Am I even alive right now? These questions perplex me and keep me up at night. I sat there in the first photo for 40min, I stayed at the door for another 30min, and stood at the front desk for about 15min. I drove here from Lansing, and didn't even get to see the car I wanted to see. Oh well, next dealership. I figured at least with the time I wasted at this place, I could at least make a meme or two to get a good laugh 😂 I got here at exactly 9:50am, it is currently 11:38am lmao. Also left the building without being noticed.
