Truck Central

This is an excellent shop for purchasing and installing aftermarket truck parts. About two months ago I reached out to four truck shops to get quotes for installing a lift kit and new wheels and tires on my pickup. Almost every place gave me a quote, but Truck Central was the only place that went above and beyond with their level of service. I have to admit that I am a first-time pickup owner and I really didn't know much about the aftermarket truck space. But Ryan was really great to work with. From the beginning, Ryan spent some time understanding my needs and what activities I was looking to do with my truck. Ryan then provided me with a few different options, and spent several hours over the course of a few weeks talking with me over the phone and helping me understand all of the components that were necessary for each option. In between those calls, I researched all of the components and the various manufacturers and developed a good understanding of what I wanted for my truck. Truck Central also offered plenty of flexibility with parts sourcing and allowed me, if I wanted to, to purchase the parts myself and bring them to the shop for them to install (which I did). Additionally, during install, there was a fitment problem with switching over the TPMS sensors from my previous tires to the new tires, but Truck Central was gracious and threw in an extra set of compatible TPMS sensors for free. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent communication and genuine care for the customer. If you're like me, then I highly recommend giving Truck Central a call if you're a first-time truck owner and want to understand the actual equipment that you'll be investing in for your truck.

We really commend the prompt service provided by Ryan today. There was no long wait time in the installation process for the Undercover Truck Bed Cover. Ryan also advised to take the time to register and activate the warranty as well as explaining the process. We are really pleased with the knowledge and skills that he had given. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. Great service I brought in my 2018 GMC Duramax to buy there gooseneck hitch on the showroom floor they told me there one In it from the factory so I bought hitch for the factory setup I will be coming back for more services

They did an AWESOME job on my lift on my 2023 F-350 even helped pick out the correct lift and tire combo, going back this week for under body lighting and probably dual exhaust if they offer that service too!!!

This place did a terrible job. I updated headlights in a classic car.They had wires all over the place.My alarm system comes on at Any time for no apparent reason. They didn't feel like they. Play any part in it. And even refuse to look at it any further.What a horrible business this is
