The customer service is really terrible. I left the car, but the service center didn't contact me after answering that it took 4 hours, and I called the service center and even left a voice mail, but there was no response at all. There is no concept of customer care or communication at all

Wish we could leave ZERO stars, we had our care serviced for an issue and were covered under warranty, 2 weeks later the car has the same performance issue again. We have to have our car towed to the dealer and they will not provide a loaner even though this falls under their responsibility since it is under warranty. Insurance will not provide loaners when a car is being serviced for warranty issues. So they want us to go 1-3 months without a vehicle. Called every dealership around to see if anyone had loaners, and they're all in use with a 10-15 car wait list.....maybe this is a sign Hyundai quality and customer service is going down the drain.

I have gotten my car serviced here twice and both times have been horrible. From the beginning, the call center to schedule your appointment will give you false information or lie to you. They do try with the customer service but it’s completely lacking. I have addressed my concerns with the issues I have had and nothing was done or addressed. I would expect way more from LaFontaine, and have had way better experiences from other LaFontaine service centers. So all in all I will not come back here again.

First, this hyundai dealership is under construction and no one bothered to mention this when I called to schedule an appointment as my commute was about 1hr drive to the dealership. Second, I took my car in for a diagnostic to check the air bag sensor light to check and fix the problem. Car was at the service center for 3days, no calls or follow up, I had to do the calling because I needed my car for work. They sent me a link with a video of my car and a ridiculous quote running to thousands of dollars of some items that needed to be fixed NOT relating to the problem I brought the car in the first place. I was told they’d require additional diagnostic to check the air bag light sensor problem, which would cost me x2 of the initial amount i paid for diagnostic. I declined the service, went to the dealership the following day and collected my car leaving the same issue as I brought it in. This Hyundai dealership customer service sucks! All you care about is money NOT the value/customer satisfaction you bring to your customers. Don’t waste your time coming here! I’d advice you take your business somewhere else.

Usual oil maintenance is good and they are perfect in Attending recall’s. But on brakes quotation, it’s 600plus per axle put us difficult situation for decision making. It was miserable to know that I passed 1000 miles in 1 lakh miles warranty for changing steering column coupler that causes clunking sound in steering wheel. Part is $13 but its labor it quoted around 400. Both myself and dealer was helpless in this claim. Dealer willing to help but came to know they can’t claim the bill with Hyundai for this workmanship. I have been doing usual service maintenance with them right from 99k miles. If this would have been noticed during that time, it would have saved me a lot. Labour is quite costlier all around, but it would have been better both Hyundai and dealers can work together to save few bucks.

I’m not sure who the manager is at this location (the gentleman with the mustache), but his behavior was incredibly rude and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. This location already has limited appointment availability, so I scheduled my service online as I usually do, needing a diagnosis for my check engine light. During the booking process, the system specifically asked if I planned to wait for my vehicle, and I selected “yes.” However, when I arrived for my appointment, he informed me that I would need to leave my car for 2–3 days. I don’t live nearby, and being told that the online system “doesn’t communicate with them” is simply unacceptable. It’s the responsibility of the business to ensure customers have accurate information before arriving. I had cleared my entire day based on what your system indicated, only to be turned away with no apology or alternative offered. In fact, I was essentially told to leave and find service elsewhere. This isn’t the first time this individual has been rude to me, and I’ve had enough. Hyundai must do better—customers spend a great deal of money on service, and the bare minimum should be respectful communication and a willingness to assist.
