The owners and team members at Elite provide the community the necessary service to keep rolling. I have been taking my cars to them since returning to the area and they have taken EXCEPTIONAL care of me. They are kind and fair - I’m honored to be a repeat recipient of their service. I cannot express how much their service has meant to me. I was very concerned about what shop would I would use after leaving my go-to in metro Indianapolis, but Divine Providence preceded me. Elite Tire and Auto has been Godsend! Thanks Mike and team for ALL you have done for me - may success always be your substantive and sustaining portion!

Brought my car in to get the tire checked. They were busy, but were able to get me in. Sam and his team were very professional and made me feel comfortable as I stayed to wait for my tire to be fixed. Sam also kept me updated on what was going on and what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend them and I could see why they’re busy they do good work. Thank you again for getting me in and getting the job done at a fair price.

The absolute best guys around.i just rolled my car On a flat from work. And they installed a new one for me no problem. In and out, 10/10 service. Hassan at the front desk was the best. Took care of me with no problems.

Had a tire blow out. Sam helped me on the price given I brought the tire and rim in without it on a car. To me, that’s not a problem to lower the overall price. Sam was awesome and I greatly appreciated him working with me! With the higher prices we’re all experiencing, I’ll definitely go back to these guys when I need them! Sam’s the definition of above of beyond to gain a forever customer!

I had a heavy trailer wheel repaired, and could not get the tire back on the wheel. I was able to take it off, but not back on. We tried for over an hour, with no luck. I called and spoke to Mike. He told me he would try to help. Ten minutes later, the job was done. I will be sure to be back for other repairs. His customer service is Excellent!

I had a flat tire today. I first went to the Mobil gas station nearby and tried to put air in my tire myself. I ended up getting more air out than putting air in. I had the gas attendant also help me, but he couldn’t get air in the tire either. He directed me to your shop, Elite Tire & Auto Care. You guys are awesome! A mechanic took my tire off my car and found that I had a nail in the tire. He fixed the tire and put air in it. Best of all, you guys didn’t even charge me!! And I wasn’t there long at all. I will definitely recommend Elite Tire to my friends and family. Thank you so much.

I drove up to Elite Tire around 9:30am and the place was super busy, with cars in all 5 bays. I entered the office where I found the owner/manager? mopping the floor. I told him I had a flat tire and AAA had put on the spare. He said to give him the keys. Within 15 minutes I see him putting the repaired tire back on my car. Wow! No fuss and drama or waiting for hours. Thank you so much for your fantastic service!!

AMAZING i would give another star if i could. From beginning to end. I have used the same shop for 20 years an have a repor with the ppl. Unfortunately they were unable to fix my problem an I was very skeptical about using a new place due to all the horror stories I've herd. Upon walking into Elite I was greeted by the owner Mike. He was very professional as well aspersonal, rather then short an just about money. He had his crew fix my electrical issues with my radio which was only 1 of many issues. He then lifted my car up an personally walked me out under my car an not only showed me all that was wrong but broke it down to me an explained to me what could be put off, what needed immediate repair an what I could get away with doing nothing about. The price to fix it all was a lot but not because he was high priced he was actually cheaper then anyone else i called for what I needed done was so complex most places wouldn't even do it an the ones who did wanted more then the car was worth. When I told mike I needed a few days to think about it he did not become short or display any kind of attitude. Rather he told me I could grab another coffee for the road if I wanted an he would not except payment for the fixing of my radio. This kind of attitude, hospitality an empathy is beyond rare now of day. I ended up getting all my work done an not only did they do a amazing job, they were on time as they said an the work was done right. Not to mention he was very considerate with his price considering the amount of work an the complexity of work that was needed. I 100 percent would recommend this place an I will definitely be doing future business.
