The place was clean and welcoming; Jason was very nice and pleasant to talk to. He also put on a cartoon for my son to watch while we waited for my car to be complete. They also worked very quickly and had good communication about my vehicle. Lastly, very good pricing, all in all a good experience!

I was looking for a reasonable price for a synthetic oil change and google showed me Goodguys tires and auto had the best price around. I made an appt, and showed up early and was seen right away. Jason was super helpful through out my whole visit. I will definitely be coming back.

I went on Google to search for who is offering current specials on oil changes in Visalia. The business that I have used for the last four or five oil changes was not the same price as I've been paying with them before, In fact it was $104. On Google it showed the best price for a synthetic oil change was listed at Good Guys on Cameron by Costco. I called and spoke to the manager who is very polite and professional and made an appointment for me at 2:00. Although I arrived there 15 minutes early they still took my car in right away It wasn't too long after that that my car was ready and the manager asked me to come to the counter where he thoroughly went over the paperwork that was pulled up on my car. He thoroughly explained in detail what each item would cost me and even gave me discounts on each one of those. I was so impressed because usually the other place I've been going to would not reset my oil life on my car I would have to do it myself. I was so surprised that it was already set. Thank you so much to the manager in his crew there at Good Guys use made a new customer out of me!😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time purchasing tires from here. They found us a great deal, beat competitors. Ordered tires, arrived next morning, they called us as promised 10:00 a.m. got us right in. Wow, fast service, polite & so friendly. Very knowledgeable, even send text with updates on vehicle service or needs. We will return to good guys. Thank you

Great and quick service, as I was leaving my car battery died and they were able to help me get it started and change the battery with affordable prices all around. Jason and all the other workers had great customer service. My go to place for any car needs.
