Firestone Complete Auto Care

They forgot the car was there. 2.00 appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment. I asked and at 2:45 they took the car into a bay, apologizing. They said it was time to rotate tires, ok. Two hours later, they come for me to pay for problems but have still not done the alignment. I will never go back. I am handicapped and walked in the rain across six lanes with no walk light to shop only to find they want me to pay for extra work and still have not done the alignment. I left at 4:30 with no lifetime guaranteed alignment. And no respect for the business.

Did a terrible job “replacing” my valve cover gaskets. Had to get it done twice now “under warranty”, and now two external shops have said that it was not done properly, if at all. It has leaked oil into other parts of my car and created more issues. I will be following up with management and would like a refund for the bad effort put into my car, and the two weeks of time I have wasted without a car. This has severely impacted my life and I will not be trusting Firestone with any other of my car repairs after this experience.

Firestone on Wade Hampton went above and beyond when I was in a total crisis. After getting my oil changed at a DIFFERENT shop, my car was in shambles. I had my car towed here on a Saturday evening right before they closed. I spoke to Hazel on the phone, and she ended up staying late for me to arrive so she could accept my keys and pull my car into the shop. She then proceeded to wait with me until my uber arrived so I didn't have to wait outside in the dark with frigid temps. Her kindness was exactly what I needed when crisis struck. The employees the following day took care of my car, ensured the problem was solved, and double checked their work. The manager, AJ, was so kind when I spoke to him and offered to continue to support me through contacting the other shop to let them know what issues they caused. Mechanic shops are nerve wracking, but the kindness, professionalism, and promptness was exceptional at this firestone location. I highly recommend this location!

Hazel was amazing I called a couple of hours before closing and told her that my battery died and I just had my car jumped. I asked if it was possible to come in and have The battery replaced. Hazel said sure come on in. We have the battery and we’ll take care of it for you. I highly recommend this Firestone location.
