My oil change experience was top notch. I was helped immediately and the service providers were polite and respectful. I was escorted to the waiting room and offered a beverage while I waited. I was able to select my desired oil before the oil change was continued. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. My windshield was even cleaned. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

So glad I brought my car in when my check engine light came on. Service was par excellence and easy. My car needed a tune up badly. They gave me a quote that was lower than their competitors and other authorized repair places. I was like “Shut up and take my money”🤣 Also they check for other things that my car needed or was going to need and reasonably priced. But I can’t say enough about the techs and their service. Thank you for making my experience great. I’m glad that I found a place that I can trust and feel confident in their work.

The service I received on my 2011 Tacoma was exceptional. It was timely, professional and everyone on the team that worked on my truck or that I interacted with were awesome! They showed me the condition of filters and wipers, and never once pressured me to pay them to replace or choose to do it myself. They also reviewed the coupons I had brought with me and applied the one that gave me the best savings. Really great experience!!!! I will be back after the next 5,000 miles!

The guys were very good at what they do. No pressured up sell. Just ask and verify my needs and what I wanted done. Also very efficient. I was there on a busy Saturday and they moved through the line of cars like pros. Thanks for the great service guys.

I requested an oil change and fluid top off. I appreciate the thorough detail report noting a brake light out and the consistency of my radiator fluid. My old Buick, 2000, has dashboard electronic glitches that wouldn't allow the odometer to be read, none of the eccentric held up my my tech, he was just so helpful with his easy demeanor, I felt confident in all his recommendations.

The manager at the jiffy lube on wade hampton and Rutherford was very friendly, honest, and very helpful! He tried his hardest to figure out my back wiper blade and my light for my tire pressure. Even though he couldn't figure those out, he did an amazing job with my oil changes! He has great customer service!!!

I have been coming to this location for the past two years for oil changes. I also bought 4 new tires at this location in 2023. I am always impressed by how friendly and HONEST these gentlemen are at this location. They have never pressured me to buy any services. As a matter of fact, I was at this location last week and asked to get an estimate for brake replacement. They told me I was still good "in the yellow" and probably could wait until I had a couple more oil changes to look at them again. I really appreciated that honesty!! I highly recommend this location for any service they offer!

Consistent and knowledgeable team as well as super friendly service and thorough. They discovered my oil filter and drain plug were quite loose (from another business that serviced me prior) I had a license plate light out and had no clue. They had the bulb! These folks have it all! Definitely my go to from now on.

Went in for an oil change but was not aware that they provided so many serivces, there for got me new wipers and air filter. The gentle men are knowlegible and kind, as a woman that means a lot. They have a new loyal customer since i just moved here from another state.
