Been going here for the past 12 yrs. Rich & company are TRUE straight-shooters. Have excellent customer service. Even in the midst of high repair cost and shortage of certain parts, they work the hardest to make repairs affordable to the public, and yet maintain top-talent in the shop. You can all over The Upstate, find higher cost or "cheaper" labor, but this company will continue to receive my business based on their honesty & skilled repairs.

I was in town visiting family and got a nail in my tire. Pro Tire took my car back within 20 min of me walking in and they didn't charge me a dime!!!! I would highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

I pulled in with a tire that was losing air, with a large screw in it. Within 30 minutes, it was repaired with a plug, and I was on the road. There was no charge for this. I left a nice cash tip as my thank you. Great job guys!!

I was happy to find them, they've been helpful for my tires and brakes but I'm uncomfortable returning now for anything else because I noticed a horrible oil leak after getting my car back. I mean the same day.. so I'm leery of the fact they had to of known this. By the way the undercarriage looks, it started before I noticed and no one told me. So I've been under an enormous amount of stress trying to chase down the leak myself & it's overwhelming knowing it's getting worse. I contacted them just to inquire why no one would mention the oil leak after having it up on their ramp, and the only reply I got was to bring it back & drop it off. That's not as easy as it sounds. We are a one vehicle family, I'm a single mom.. and all of my children are very active in extracurricular activities. Dropping it off just for someone to diagnose it, means another day spending alot of money I don't have ubering everyone around. Then, I would need to obviously start the whole process over for them to fix it. When they could of just looked at it while they already had it up on the ramp and told me what was going on then.. so we could of discussed the logistics of fixing it. It would of saved me money, time & alot of anxiety.
